I use a Miro board for my training that I share with my participants.

Today some of them experience in the browser (e.g. in Edge, TOR, Firefox) that the Miro board does not load completely with some features hidden that shouldn´t be.

I tried copying the board and giving it a new password but even the copied board shows the same problems in the browsers.

What can I do?

Without know what features you are referring to, I can say that months ago Miro made a change to the creation toolbar to hide some features for visitors, i.e., people not signed in to a Miro account. You can read more about what features are available to visitors here:

Thanks Robert for the link. But that does not solve the issue.

I have pictures on my Miro board and frames which can be hidden or viewed. And in the board in question all pictures are to be viewed by the participants. Yet in the browser some show as hidden although in the originals App version everything can be seen.

Plus some pictures one show one or two coloured lines instead of the complete images.

Any other idea what I can do?

unfortunuately screenshots are suddenly not appearing to guests on my Miro Board anymore. Is there a reason for this?

I would suggest that you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

If you do open a ticket, it would be helpful if you could update this post with what the support team tells you.

Guests vs Visitors

Can you confirm if you are referring to Visitors, i.e., using the “Anyone with the link” feature for participants who may not have a Miro account, or are you adding users to the board as Guests? You can read about the differences here → https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/7045408248594
