Miro Splunk

I'm trying to configure the use of splunk with Miro but I'm not an admin. Someone else configured and indexed it but it is not bringing any results. The configuration was not done in my Splunk user.Does the configuration work in a shared way or does it have to be done individually for each account? I didn't find anything about it.
