Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has been able to figure out how to edit your miroverse template. To be clear— I don’t mean the name and description but the actual template.  As we all know, the secrete to creating a good anything, templates included, is iteration. I have finally launched one of my templates onto the Miroverse and already I want to make some edits and changes. I’m guessing that surely this is possible, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. Would love anyone’s help.  Cheers, Shay

So  what’s the difference between these 2 tools ?If I click on “1” it’s open the “3”. In  bottom of “3” there is a “all shapes” button (4)If I click on “4” it’s open the full shapes list “5”. If I click on “2” it’s also open the full shapes list “5”. So  2 is just a shortcut. 

Dear all,First I’ve got some experience by implementing iFrames in web pages. Also I just iFrames in miro in the last years and these ones always worked for me.Now  I’ve got the problem that miro always opens iFrames with 800x442 px and ignores all given parameters like size, frameborders etc. It doesn’t matter if I implement it (as an example) this way or via using style=”xxx”: <iframe src="https://miro.com" width="1024" height="768" name="miro" title="miro"></iframe>How can I get the old functunality or how I can motivate miro to open iFrames the way I like? ;-) Thx in advanceTiger

I created a project and a board using the Desktop app, but I cannot see it through the online interface. Actually, this seems to work both ways - I also can’t see a project/board I created online through the Desktop app. How can I see all my projects in both places?

I tried to duplicate board and got message “Sorry, something went wrong”. Any idea what could be a reason of issue? 

Just getting into my Miro journey, the whole whiteboarding thing, actually. Oh, I have used real whiteboards in the past, but I was unaware of the vast range of options for organizing projects and data. And that’s where I’m getting bogged down. How do I know which template I should be using to solve for a particular need? The previews don’t give me quite enough information to make a choice. I’d love to see examples (ideally a video) of how each type is used; is there a course in the Academy I should be starting with, or maybe another (external?) resource that goes into a bit more detail?

I have gone to load a Miro board I need for work and it is perpetually loading the page and says that the connection is lost.I've done everything. Cleared cache and browsing data, tried a different wifi network, tried incognito mode, different browsers but nothing has worked so far. Below is the image I am seeing. None of my team are able to access any of their boards either across all users.

After the recent Miro update to adding Alt Tags to images, the images no longer display their filenames. We use miro often to work with many images and use the filenames for search/reference in other apps and documentation.Is there an option somewhere to display the filename or was this feature removed? 

We don´t have SCIM activated but are using SSO with Azure as our Identity Provider. We even checked the “Sync user profile photos from IDP” option. The pictures are not being synced. Are further steps required to make that possible?

Is there any way to retrieve current user name with web plugin API, I see that there is an interface IUserInfo for user data, but not seeing how it can be fetched with API.

We have several long images (not large but very long) that we would need to import in a Miro, but we get this anoying message. Is there a way to bypass that ? 

I have tried to copy as an image and export a frame as an image and every time it throws me the error "something went wrong". I am the owner of the board and access is released but still I cannot export images from miró

When I login I see my companies list of projects. How do I change my default view to only see my projects when I login?

I noticed Miro not sending webhook events for comment but send notifications for other property change like stick_notes, text, shapes etc, is this a known issue and are there progress to fix it or how can we get comments events from the webhook ?

Hi all, I found such a pattern, which in my opinion is a bug, unless of course it is caused by the impossibility of development.Main: uploaded on the board item's "title" does not appear in the response until it is edited.Steps to reproduce:1) I create a board and with the help of "Drag & Drop" I throw several png files with predefined names onto it. For example, "Test_Image_1.png", "Test_Image_2.png", etc. (I think it works with other file types too, but I haven't checked)2) I make a request to extract all Items. Hi, i’m looking at using PlantUML and have been able to successfully create use case and sequence diagrams (with the caveat being there is no dynamic edit capability without having to save the text separately and amend that)but i am unable to generate a JSON diagram and getting a message stating Unable to render diagram. I believe that a tool should be fully optimized no matter the skill level of the user. If someone has to search constantly for solutions to find that a function has multiple rules before it can be used then its not an optimized tool. This could be me just inept at miro too and for that i am sorry.Here are a few issues me and my group faced while doing our proj:Cant crop imported items easily:There is no crop option Resizing sticky notes cant resize top and bottom, but left and right can? This is the same for text boxes. Cant change the font size of individual words in text box or in shapes. if i want to have a big word header and smaller words below, i need to create 2 text boxes and group them together to achieve the same effect   Cannot group tables or certain items with group function. e.g a table  i can group everything else together but for some reason tables dont count and this is true for some other objects Sorry these are just some issues that we had while using miro.

I feel frustrated when I try to copy and paste stickies and I see only the text from the sticky instead. Sometimes it works and only 1% of the time. I have been asked on Twitter to clear cache etc. That hasn’t worked either. I have changed browsers also, same thing thing. Is there anything I can do to help make this experience better for me? 

After I click on the All Shapes button under the Shapes button, the toolbar selection jumps to cursor and I’m left with an empty expanded side panel. See image below, It is similar to the issue marked as RESOLVED in the below link.[RESOLVED] "All shapes" action in Shapes pane not working | Miro  

Do we have any issue with “All shapes” button?It´s showing noting when I click on it.  

I use Miro to keep track of tasks that we also track in shotgrid. Is there a way to link an image or a table field in Miro to a task in Shotgrid so that when a task is updated in Shotgrid the field/image will be replaced with the latest image input to Shotgrid for that task?
