Hi community, We are an Australian based business that is using Miro. Miro charges us 10% GST (Goods and Service Tax) but didn’t show their Australia Business Number (ABN) on their invoice, only a sentence: GST Registered Yes. When I sent a request to ask them do it, they said that they have added that 10% GST on the invoice, which is true. But no answer to my question. Our company policy doesn’t allow us to make bank transfer payment when the invoice doesn’t show the ABN. Does anyone have the same issue and manage to solve it?

Hello ,I copy the link of my board for viewing only , but when I open it it seems everyone can edit ...and it is not this my goal ...I need to lock my project so nobody can edit it but be possible to view … what do I do wrong ? please help..thanx 

Hi, I’m developing a Miro app and was wondering if there was an option to make it available to only a group of individuals (public) to gain initial feedback before making it generally available? Thanks

I have been using Miro for a long time and I have preferred to use the on screen Buttons for duplicate and delete specifically and for some reason as I use Miro on multiple different platforms and browsers these buttons are visible but are no longer functioning see video below for context.   

I have imported many Jamboards, but it didn’t get to the project that was active on screen…How to move all of them to a single project?

Hi everybody, I am currently working on a web based prototype that integrates different areas of a Miro board via iframes. I currently face the following challenge:When you load a web page that integrates a part of a Miro board via iframe and scroll down the page, the mouse gets capture in the iframe and you continue scrolling within the Miro board. So you happen to have a completely different area of the board visible in the iframe.Any chance to prevent this? So ideally kind of fixing the area of the board that is visible in the iframe?As a workaround I put a button below the iframes that simply reloads the iframe and thereby “centers” the view again. But that’s not very usery friendly. Thanks for helping!

I’m building documentation pages in confluence and I’m embedding small system and workflow diagrams built in miro.  I want these diagrams remain static/locked when users scroll confluence pages. Does this option exist? Basically I’m looking for embedded miro board to behave sort of like a draw.io embedded diagram.  Is it possible? I see this question asked 2-3 years ago, but I can’t find this option implemented. 

The advanced image editing functionality in Miro seems very useful, namely:- the ability to crop pictures in a rectangle format WITH ROUNDED EDGES (or the ability to fit pictures into such shapes)- ability to mirror images from top to bottom and from left to rightThis would greatly simplify the preparation of boards, because now many images have to be pre-processed in a special editor.

I have troubles when I need align shapes into the swimlane, because they not align each other.If I create shapes without of the swimlane, they align as usually.Anyone have the same problem?

Hello! I was given access to the educational plan. My college issued it. I'm an administrator on my profile and so far the only person. Question: Can an account and all the data in it be deleted? For example, what if the college administration or the system administrator who issued the access wants this. I'm afraid to store personal data here

Hi there, Recently (11 of July) I tried 14-days trial business plan on Miro and chosed yearly plan for payment. I saw, that the day of payment will be throw 14 days after my trial start. But today I discovered that Miro has already done my payment on 13 of July. I’d like to cancel this payment, because my trial plan doesn’t complete yet. Please, help me  Also, I can’t create a ticket in Miro Customer Support team, because I don’t have a button for that

Hello!My MIRO platform deleted my work and I tried everything to recover it. This morning, when I entered the program, MIRO asked me to create a Team, so I did; But, after of this, my work disappeared and I can't recover it.Please help me. I think MIRO is a powerful tool and I can't believe that the work, even in a free version, can disappear in this way. I am sure there must be a way to recover it.Thank you very much!

I am looking to integrate a diagramming app with Miro. I am planning to do the way draw.io is integrated. But I did not find anything in the documentation on this topic. Is the draw.io integration done using all documented (and supported) API? Can someone point me to any related documentation.  Thanks 

I have been unable to access my space on Miro for a while now. When I tried logging in, I would get a gray partly transparent overlay on my space. Now, I’ve been invited to a new organization in Miro, and I can get in now and access their board, but I still can’t see my own space on the left hand side, and I see no way to create a board in my space, I can only create a board in my friend’s org.FWIW, I may have deleted/transfered my space or boards a while back, which is what started the problem. I’m not sure exactly what I did, but this was not what I intended. Anyone run into this before? Thank you!

I paid in April the Starter plan for one year. But then in Juny I tried Business plan for 2 weeks for free. Now boards in my team are locked, because this Business subscription is expired. But I still have an old Starter plan subscription. And I can’t go back. I`m trying to downgrade to the Starter plan but Miro request to pay for the Starter plan one more time. How can I get back my Starter plan subscription?

 I downloaded Miro app for Zoom, logged in and this what it keeps showing. Tried logging out and loggin in again, updated Zoom to the latest version. Nothing helped. Is there a way I can intergrate Miro with Zoom successfully?  

When I try to share a board with colleagues who aren’t on my Miro team (and who don’t even have Miro accounts), I set the Sharing to "Anyone with the link: Can edit" and send a URL. Some colleagues can open it in a browser without a problem. Others get prompted to “Join other team” and this is really frustrating because I just want them to go directly to the board and start using it. They don’t need to join a team. I’m on the Education plan. This scenario has happened with different boards and different colleagues. For one colleague, using incognito mode on browser solved the problem, but not for another.This is what my board settings looks like: and here’s what some users get instead of being taken straight to the board:I know this has been asked before but it’s been a while and I didn’t find an explanation for why this happens only sometimes and what a reliable fix is.

Is it possible to define use cases (use case = Miro board) and assign different templates to them, which are then created on request via an interface? Background to the question: Different use cases require different templates, which are applied in a specific order reflecting the task.A use case is to be triggered dynamically via AI. The AI passes parameters such as the template to be used and the sequence of templates

Hi all, I am Salvo; nice to meet you! I created some illustrations using the Miro's template “Characters Mix  & Match Icebraker” - https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?tpTemplate=c4e77c53-9ac8-4f1b-aa07-a4b025f7073b&isCustom=false&share_link_id=741924104188I am not sure if I can use such illustrations for a Publication. Unfoortunately, there are no clear indications on how to proceed with this matter. Can anyone help with this dilemma?I am thinking of writing the following sentence in my article: “Illustrations for Personas were designed on Miro (miro.com) using the “Characters Mix  & Match Icebraker template” created by Facilitator School (https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?tpTemplate=c4e77c53-9ac8-4f1b-aa07-a4b025f7073b&isCustom=false&share_link_id=741924104188).”Would it be enough?Best,Salvo

Perhaps this question has already been answered. At the same time: I would like to transfer a sticky note into a task in Google Calendar. (Google Workplaces). Something similar to the Jira Cards function. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance for ideas or support - or a reference to a thread in which the solution is documented

Hi. I was ok a week ago, but with new update creating cards with hebrew went nuts.Font for typing in editing is good. but when I quit editing note, now it changes the font to some other and everything is jumping up and down. Better keep just one font.But sometimes now, when there is latin in the card as well, it changes order of letters in hebrew after quitting editing. Notice order of “כל אחד” in the second image.  

I’m currently on an education plan under my university email, but what happens if I retire or leave my university? I’d like to be able to keep my account but transition to a regular paid plan. What is the process for doing that? I have a slight fear that I will somehow lose all of my data.
