Hi there,Does anyone know why fonts from Miro are not exporting to pdf? I tried multiple ways of doing this and looks like a jpg carries the fonts through but not pdf. Please let me know! I do have a paid membership. 

For a while now I’ve had an issue where the board overview map doesn’t draw the box of my viewport over the map and the map view itself is not the whole content of the board. Anyone seen this or found a fix for it?: 

Hi everyone! I wish Miro team could revert a recent change affecting grouped objects.Currently, when I cover grouped objects with another object, the grouped objects become visible as soon as I move them. Previously, they were only visible once they left the border of the front object. This change is crucial to my work as an English teacher, as it disrupts the "surprise" effect I rely on for interactive tasks, impacting student focus and engagement.I would greatly appreciate it if the previous functionality was restored. Has anyone noticed the change and found it inconvenient, too? 

Why has it got so hard to simply double click on a post it in order to edit it? Instead other post its fly around towards the post it i am trying to edit...

In a mind map how can I change a single nodes color/"style" without changing the color of all the nodes children?

How do we use Miro from iPad?

Hello,I used a board for the development of timelines for my studies. I have not used the board so a number of months now but still needed it. When I login today everything was gone. It is not in the trash and is nowhere to be found. I did not delete it so I am not sure why or where it went. Any help is appreciated.

I have been using the smart drawing feature for a number of years. Now when I use it, I get a popup about AI credits and that I need to move to an more expensive plan.Why has this feature been lumped in with AI and is it normal to move features around and ask for more money when they have been available on cheaper plans?

Our team admin left the company and forgot to transfer the account. We are using free plan and I couldnt open new team. anybody can help me with this topic? 

Hi,I have been using my educational email for quite a while without being a student any longer, but i would like to switch to my private email now. Since i’m not a student any more and therefore i no longer have access to my student mail plus it makes it more difficult to reach out to the university (no clue who to email for this matter). How do i get my email changed? thanks. 

Hi, the little plus buttons keep disappearing  on all but my center node (windows 10 + chrome).  I could work around this if i know the shortcut key to add a node?  I couldn't find it in the shortcut list in help.thanks

Hi, I want to create a talktrack for a workshop template I’ve created so that I can educate members of my audience.I don’t want them to use the original template board, rather duplicate it and use the talktrack to understand how to conduct the workshop on thier own. Is this possible? I haven’t tried this properly, so wondering if this going to work?

Honestly you need a training course to understand how that community forums work… The UX|UI is just NOT GOODI hope fixing this bug won't take as long as the issue half a year ago with slow workI remember then I had to look for developers, product managers on Telegram, arrange a meeting on Zoom and demonstrate the bug -- so that it would finally receive priority for debugging (although there were hundreds of posts on the form by that time)

I used to have a frame, when using the mini-map, showing where on my board, i am - and then i could drag the frame to go to another place on the board. But the frame is gone now. And the mini-map is sort of useless without it. Used to look like this. But now the black rame isn’t there. Anyone know how to fix this?

I want to keep my app simple and only use Web SDK and does not want to integrated with Rest API.I am currently exporting list of board item to an external system. However, the createdBy and modifiedBy are returning an userId.  As userId is not readable in this case. I had check through the webSDK documentation and could not find any method to retrieve a username by id. Is there any method to support this other than Rest API?

Good afternoon, our ADFS certificate has changed, I now cannot log in to the Miro website, could you disable SSO so that I can log in to the email address NVoloshin@beeline.kz and change the certificate for authorization via SSO?

 Tried it on every possible device and browser I have that allows the option: Brave, Firefox, Chrome and the desktop app, all on macOS.Somehow I don’t have the option on either Safari, iPad or Android app.I don’t understand why or how, and it’s quite frustrating. It used to work like a charm.I use the free version, by the way.Thanks for your answers!

Why do iPad visitors get the Miro log in screen for shared public boards?

Ik zou graag een mindmap willen creëren o.b.v. de inhoud van een tekstbestand. Op deze wijze kan ik heel snel mindmaps maken/wijzigen. Ik heb gezocht of deze optie bestaat binnen Miro, maar ik heb dit niet gevonden. Bestaat deze optie en zo ja, wat zijn de stappen die moeten worden doorlopen om dit te doen?

Hi!I was trying to follow this API docs https://developers.miro.com/reference/copy-board and was hoping to use the copyBoard() in my React app but it doesn’t seem to exists in the latest npm package. I’ve installed "@mirohq/websdk-types": "^2.15.1", and I’m including  <script src="https://miro.com/app/static/sdk/v2/miro.js"></script> in the index.html file.    Am I missing something?
