Hi

I can’t seem to load my Miro boards on Google Chrome.

I have:

  • Cleared cache and files
  • ran incognito mode

The issue still persists where my boards just contentiously load. I have tried on Firefox and there is no issue that I can pick up

Hi @Samuel Phatlane

You can get more information in Chrome by opening the so-called “Developer” pane, and looking at the so-called “Console.” On my Mac it looks like this before I open a Miro board:

And then it looks like this, for example for a board I am developing an app for:

If you are not familiar with the in’s and out’s of JavaScript . . . well, that’s like my dentist who kindly let me look inside my jawbone before he put in my tooth transplant. He said there were very specific things he was looking for - but I was just happy for him to continue without me knowing the in’s and out’s of a hole drilled into my jawbone.

But anyway . . . this might let you see something that is happening.

Cheers, Ken

hi @Samuel Phatlane

Sorry to hear about your issues. This has come up before and in older threads, a user reported that “After updating Chrome to the newerst version the issue is gone.” I hope this helps!
