Getting an error when I try to ‘page down’ to send to back. Never seen this issue before. Not sure what is meant by the error and what an interactive template is.‘You cant send the card backwards when its inside an interactive template’

I often put a table and other items in a frame, so I can share the frame’s link and take an image etc. However, if I add columns to a table, the table grows bigger than the frame and I have to keep extending the frame. It’s a real pain!!! Can you add an option to auto-resize the frame if the widgets within it overlap the frame boundaries please. thanksRichard

Hi All, I have added a board to my account in error and i do not have the option to delete the board from my account. This is made on of my key boards Read Only which I don't want to do. Any help greatly appreciated.  

I am using the mermain app within Miro to import mermaid entity relationship diagrams into Miro. If you have a large mermaid ERD, you get a maximum text size error. In Mermaid live you simply edit the config file and add the line   "maxTextSize": 90000Miro gets the same error with large diagrams, is there a way to edit the miro/mermaid config in the same way ?

Hello,My personal email and miro account still seem associated with a job I quit and when I open or log into miro I’m now blocked with a pop up that asks me to rejoin the teams at that office. There does not seem to be away to close out of the pop up or avoid it.I get this pop up when people send links to new miro boards and even when i log into miro using my account in incognito windows. The only options i seem to have are closing miro or requesting team access (these only show teams at my old office not the new ones I’m being invited to). I’d like to use this service for other collaborations but this legacy memory is making it impossible.Please help!!!

Hi,I can only change the font size for each table Field seperatly.That's very cumbersome.However, I do not succeed in changing all table fields with a single click.How is that supposed to work?Who knows the solution.?Thanks so muchGuenter

Hi folks, maybe you can advise?I recently updated my template in the Miroverse at:https://miro.com/miroverse/making-next-happen-template/However when I preview it, it appears as a blank screen. I have found I have to repeatedly [zoom out] to see it. How do I correct this, as for users of the template, it appears as if there is nothing there, impacting use and discovery.

As content admin/user admin, is there an easy way to get een overview of all boards with users?

Today the formatting of bullet points in text boxes on my board appears to have broken. I am using bulleted lists like such:  TitleItem 1 Sub Item 1 Sube Item 2 Item 2 However, when editing the text the formatting appears correct but once I leave the text box the bullet list formatting breaks and there are random line breaks and additional bullets. When I click back into the text box, the formatting appears normal again. Is this a bug, or can anyone recommend a solution? 

I am the team-admin and want to convert other users to team-admins as well. Unfortunately I only can choose: “user information” or “remove from team”. There is no “Grant Team Admin”. Any idea why this happens? Thank you!

I've been working on the file for 3 hours today to show it at work. When I finished, I decided to quit the old team so that no one else could see my file.And after that, I completely lost access to my own file. I try to follow the invitation link back, the system writes that "I'm already online in this file" and nothing helps me open my own file.  

I found a strange behaviour when I use Charts in Miro. I was using a board and at some point some shortcuts (Paste, undo...) just stopped working. So I went to the forums and help guides, some suggestions were to restart the computer... So I did. After the restart everything was working fine, until I added a new chart into my board.  So, again some shortcuts stopped working, and I found that even navigating in a text using the keyboard arrows wasn't working. If I just refresh the page everything works just fine.  I believe it can be a bug. So, for the reproduction:Open/create a board Create a new text and type something Before leaving the text edition try to navigate using arrows Copy and paste the text Undo an action Add a chart Edit chart's data (image bellow) Try to repeat steps 2 to 5

For the past few days, I've been experiencing the following problem: When I edit text fields, the changes are not saved. Only after reloading the browser do the changes to the text appear. Can anyone help? Cheers Thomas

Sometimes when conducting classes you improvise and as a result, a trace of this process accumulates on the board, which is not written down anywhere else. And I want to save it for analysis, etc.The question arises: is it possible and how to save all the objects located on my board in their original form on a local disk?It would be nice to put them in chronological order, and also indicate the authors of specific changes. 

In most of the fonts (like OpenSans), some Chinese characters will get rendered with inconsistent stroke width, and it is very annoying. Please fix it. 

When text boxes include indented bullets with hyperlinks, they are automatically moved to a new independent line.   The hyperlink acts fine when the text box is edited. Please fix this ASAP, as I believe it was not an issue a while ago.When text box is selectedWhen the same text box is unselected 

Hi,I am able to create a task in Asana and attach it to a specific board in Miro, however the task doesn’t appear in Miro automatically. I can only manually add tasks, even those not attached to the board. How can I make tasks to transfer automatically?

This is a very annoying issues. Especially when I have to present to serious clients.I tend to add a lot of images to the board. So when I zoom out some of them just disappear!!! I have to zoom in to see them again.Can you please fix it?It looks terrible in presentations!

I was trying to delete unused board by clivking delete button. For my horro and suprise my most important board went missing instead. Is there anyway to rstore it? If board can get lost like this, I can´t use or recommend others to use these otherwise great tool. 

Hey There,I ran into an issue adding long text and style it in Miro, currently I’m using sticky notes, and text elements and shapes to do so. but is there a better way to do it like rich text with ability to style text and change font/color.Currently it looks ugly to add long text using text element because for some reason the element does not fit the text when it’s too long and when I’m in view mode the text overflows the element and looks like this And when ​​​​​​ in edit mode it trims the text like this Any idea how to do this better or the right way?Thanks

Hi,This is rather a bug report, not a question.I’m a pretty experienced miro user (like 5 years of every-week, professional use).Recently I started drawing AWS diagrams, using AWS templates. I noticed that “AWS Group” object behaves incorrectly. E.g. totally different from a frame or standard rectangle.Bring back doesn’t work, neither by a shortcut nor by context menu. Its edges are above normal connection lines. If I however, bring such a covered line into front, then it’s correct, but apparently after continuing the work, the AWS group gets back to front by itself. Cannot click some objects that are inside the group. E.g., I have a small circle from standard shapes inside the group, but It’s hard to click it (select / gaining focus, you name it). Like all the time, it’s the group that gets the selection (focus), not the item. The same applies to some connecting lines. I cannot tell what makes some items clickable and
