Hi

When I use my own (free) Miro account I have a ‘Stickies Capture’ icon that allows me to import a photo of some post-its and convert them to Miro Stickies. I was doing some work for a client using their Miro board (they have some form of enterprise license I believe as they are a huge company) but I don’t see the ‘Stickies Capture’ icon on their board. Does anyone know why this would be - is it perhaps a configuration setting that my client has chosen not to enable. If I search tools for ‘stickies’ it doesn’t return the option.

Thanks

GRant

@Grant Wright - Because the stickies capture feature uses AI components, if the user is not seeing it, then their Miro company admin has most likely blocked AI features - more on this here:

Thanks for this - I mentioned it to my client and they seem to have had the option switched on by their IT team after I explained the situation!
