​@Iuliia Selezneva - Since the Free Plan does not support Guests, and you have referenced a specific number of users, then I will assume that these individuals are not accessible the boards as Visitors.

You will need to remove these users from your Free Plan by following these steps:

In addition to Robert's helpful guidance, I wanted to mention that if your board is set to be shared with anyone who with the link, that could explain why these 52 guests are able to view it.

Please check your board's sharing settings and make sure it's not set to "Anyone with the link" or any public sharing option. To adjust this:

1. Open the board.
2. Click on the Share button in the top-right corner.
3. Review the sharing options and ensure that it's only shared with specific people (if needed) and that it’s not publicly accessible.
