I am using the free version of Miro and have always been able to upload photos, documents etc and access other options via the » More Tools link. but now none of these are available in my toolbar. The only thing that has happened recently is that I was invited to access a Miro board as a visitor using a link with a password. Ever since then I don’t seem to be able to upload anything even if I create a brand new board

click on the plus icon and type in upload, that should give you the upload icon

I don’t have any options when I click +, when i type in I just get some apps listed…

Hi @Grant Wright

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. As the other user noted, you click on the + sign, and when the pop-up window opens, scroll down for the Upload option.

@Grant Wright - You definitely have something odd going on:

What if you open the command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K) and search for Upload?

Also, how are you accessing Miro? A supported browser? Which one? Desktop app? Mac? Windows?

This is on my iPad using the Miro iOS app

If I search in either of those ways it doesn’t return anything:

I just checked on my MacBook via Chrome and I can see those options…

@Grant Wright - Thanks for confirming that you are using an iPad. At first, I thought this may be a limitation of the tablet app, but I see I can upload from my Galaxy tablet. After a review of the Tablet app help center article, I see no mention of this as being a limitation specific to the iPad, however, it could be related to memory issues.

What iOS version are you running? There is a note that iOS v15 or higher is required.

Here is the help center article for review:
