Hi Support Team

For the past few weeks, I have been creating my personal projects in Miro while being part of an old school team. Recently, I realized my mistake and decided to leave the team, not knowing that my work would become inaccessible as a result.

I would like to recover my projects, but I prefer not to share them with that team. Unfortunately, since I did not create the team, I cannot rejoin it to regain access.

Could you please guide me on how to retrieve my work without having to share it with the team?

Thank you for your help!

hi @Reyes

If you leave a team, you will typically lose access to the team boards unless a current team member changes the board sharing settings to allow you to view them as a visitor, or if they explicitly re-add you to the team; you can then duplicate the boards you need to access into your own workspace by opening the board and using the "Duplicate" option.

Once you leave a team, you will not automatically have access to the team's boards anymore. If you can access a board as a visitor, you can duplicate it to your own workspace to retain a copy. If you need to access important boards, contact the team administrator to discuss options for sharing access.
