pretty much as the title says. I bought a paid plan before realizing there is an education plan. I contacted support, they gave me a refund and told me to put in an application for the education plan but I didn’t hear from them in almost a month. I told friend of mine that also uses miro about the education plan (we are both 1st years in uni) and his application got accepted 5 days after submitting it. Am I being ghosted, or did I get rejected?

thank you for your help! My account was created using my university email, and that’s the one I used to apply for the education account. I also left a link for the confirmation paper of my uni that I’m a regular student and a photo of my student card.
