Привет!При попытке экспорта документа в pdf отображаются ссылки и некие символы.При экспорте в jpg все ок, но работаю именно с pdf документом, чтобы сохранить переход на нужные ссылки. Данный документ был в порядке и экспорт в pdf тоже работал, но после многократных правок и экспорта ситуация такая как на скрине ниже.Ноут перегружала, кеш чистила, пробовала создать такой же новый документ - проблема воспроизводится.Можно ли что-то сделать? 

Hey community,I’m facing a tricky issue with my application when fetching boards, items, images, and document binaries using the Miro API.Here’s the flow:Token Generation: Each time the application starts, it obtains a token to authenticate API requests. Handling Redirects: When fetching images and binary documents, I receive a 307 Redirect. I handle this by extracting the Location header and redirecting accordingly.This works fine up to this point.However, the issue arises after the redirect:The redirected host requires a new token, causing my application to break since subsequent requests still use the old token.My experience with APIs suggests it’s possible to maintain multiple valid tokens simultaneously for different requests.My Question:Why does the Miro API invalidate - delete the old token when a new one is generated?Is it possible to have multiple tokens active at the same time for different requests in Miro?Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Let me know

Hello!Please help me with the character limit of the text-boxes (especially with lists it’s reached with only 500 characters)  because it really disturbs my whole workflow with miro every day, over and over! I can't work with my clients because they can't use it on their own, they get stuck too.I can't understand why you put such a low limit on text-boxes, it make no sense. It make no sense to put a limit at all in a tool like miro!And I have seen a lot of other people in the community with the same issue and they all are very disappointed and are willing to change to an other software only because of this issue. We need a solution!So pleeeease help us and get rid of this limit or set it up to a much higher level.I know the limit is 6000 characters but with a list I reach the limit with only 500. Maybe its a bug but it happens every day over and over so but please solve this problem!!! I can’t work like that and my clients neither!Thank you very much!Marcus

My account is paused. My boards are all locked. I don’t have a need for a Business Plan at the moment, but I was locked out of all my boards! This is outrageous! It should take me back to a free plan where I can still use Miro within limits. Now, I only have the choice to pay or give up all my boards -- which I will do, because I don’t want anything to do with a platform that uses deceiving techniques like this! 

I am new to Miro. I am creating my first board not using a template, just basic shapes as text boxes, replicating a board I originally created in Milanote. I am going to be using bullets quite a bit, but the option to add bullets doesn’t appear to be available anywhere. I tried following instructions I found online, but still no bullets. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I run it on 24Gb Apple M3 and keep wondering, why Miro rebuilds all my open boards every time I bring it upfront from background state?It takes me up to 1 minute just to obtain information on demand. It get’s even worth if I have to switch to another board, which gives extra latency for the board refresh.The same routine in Figma for instance is handle smoothly. All the projects are available on demand with no latency being uploaded on startup. No matter how many projects I keep open

WHY….! I use Miro every day, and each day I open a board, and then use the button provided to login.Why, Oh why, does this process then successfully log me in, but then take me into a different board than the one I started on…! Do you understand how annoying this is… Please please please can this be fixed...

Hi All, I don’t know if I’m searching for the wrong thing, or if it’s not possible.  I have a workflow map, and I’ve designed the section borders (not using frames for design reasons) to look like file folder icons, and I was wondering if it’s possible to create a start view with a similar look where the tabs are stacked, so that the users can click on these tabs and they can be teleported directly to the specific section.  For instance, they could click on Tab 1 and the board will move directly to the Tab 1 section of the map, and so on.   Thanks.

Hello, when we print as PDF it looks very strange. There are <p> <br /> … This issues is new and appeared suddenly. Any one a idea how to fix it?

I’m on free plan. The button used to work and then suddenly it stopped. I thought they just made it a paid feature or something and moved on, but with each time it becomes more and more annoying. What could be the issue? The person is an editor if it matters 

I have a board which I am trying to add to  but keep loosing all the bits. When I scan out it doesn’t really help and I still can’t see them. Is there a way to go to them? A shortcut or the like…[frustrated user]

Hello all, I’m confused about the minimum number of registered ’members’ you need to subscribe to the business plan. Am posting the question here b/c miro’s online form doesn’t consider my gmail address to be a ‘business email’ so I can’t even submit an online form. I’m a consultant, and will be using miro to run meetings and workshops for my client. Is a short-term project that will end in Q1 next year.The miro registration page doesn’t let me subscribe unless I have a minimum of 5 ‘members’ which increases the cost. Does anyone know why I can’t subscribe for one member? All of this hassle, just to subscribe to the 14-day trial too!   Thank you! Regards, Dorene

On enterprise plan and I’d like to audit who needs licenses.I would like to see who actually edits boards vs just opens boards to participate. I’ve already found a couple via word of mouth, but don’t see any way to find if a user made an edit to a board in the audit log, just in the individual board activity log.Am I missing something? Or do I need to figure out how to do something like querying across multiple board activity logs for a more complete picture via the API?

Hey community,I'm experiencing an issue with the Miro API when using the groups endpoint:https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/groups?limit=50The pagination doesn't seem to work as expected. Instead of navigating to the next page of groups, it redirects me to pagination for items.Is this the expected behavior, or could it be a bug? While launching the Miro app on my iPad I see this page, can’t reach my boards, can’t enter the main menu. The same in Safari. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it. With no success. Please, help me
