I created a workflow in Miro, but when I logged into my account recently, a message appeared asking me to create a Team. After creating the Team, I noticed that my previous workflow had disappeared. However, I still have the link to the workflow:

I would like to know if it’s possible to recover the workflow or identify the email address it is associated with, as I use several different emails. Could you help me?

@kogajapa

when I logged into my account recently, a message appeared asking me to create a Team.

Being prompted to create a new team happens when you’re Miro account profile is no longer a member of any Miro team. If you did not leave any teams, then an admin of any teams you were previously a member of has removed you from all teams.

The link you have shared appears to be a Guest link. Since it is no longer working, then the board owner has disabled the Guest link for that board (the board may also have been deleted).

I would like to know if it’s possible to recover the workflow or identify the email address it is associated with, as I use several different emails.

I suggest that you try signing into Miro will all email addresses that you use, to see if you can find the board.

If you have a paid subscription, you could try opening a support ticket by using these instructions, however, it is very unlikely that the support team will give you any information related to a board that resides in a team that you are no longer a member of.
