Unexpectedly I don’t have my app on a toolbar. I had it but now I don’t. I don’t understand why( I have already tried all teams and boards and even different browsers but still can’t find my app.
And I see here https://miro.com/app/settings/team/3458764611114804267/apps-and-integrations
that the app is installed.
Can anyone help me, please ?
Hi Oleh,
Based on the context, try a few of these steps to resolve the issue:
-
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues.
-
Even though the app shows as installed in the settings, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. This can sometimes resolve visibility issues.
-
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it might be a bug or a more complex problem. Contact Miro support with detailed information about the issue, including screenshots, browser details, and any error messages you might see.
Hope this helps!
I’ve tried to clear cache and cookie, uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work
And I also don’t see my app on a toolbar when I serve it locally in a dev build mode
What are your permission settings?
And you have successfully added an app icon?
Maybe share all app settings in a screenshot, obscuring your app URL and any keys/tokens/etc.?
Could you share the app install link?
yes, app icon was added successfully
If you haven’t already, I’d suggest throwing your question into the Miro Developer Discord server:
