Help please! Tables have become disabled in template - message shows "we're working to make tables available in every plan"

We received a note from our developers that browser extensions could prevent the feature from working. Could you please try disabling all browser extensions and reloading the board again to check if everything is loading this time?

Thanks for your suggestion - I’ve tried disabling the extension, and tested in both Edge & Chrome - unfortunately the issue is persisting. 

Any other ideas you might be able to suggest?
