Hello! My name is Hakim, and I am an IT support specialist at Hamkorbank. We changed our monthly plan to an annual plan when switching the payment method from card to invoice. As a result, the payment type also changed from monthly to annual. Could you please help us revert this so that we can pay for the plan monthly using the invoice method?

 I created a workflow in Miro, but when I logged into my account recently, a message appeared asking me to create a Team. After creating the Team, I noticed that my previous workflow had disappeared. Hi, I start with Miro. In a whiteboard, I would like to know how to reduce Document to have Only the Title which appears I tried to reduce with my mouse … all Document move, and not only the area… Thanks for your answerRomain

Hey everyone,Following this documentation about Storage, I might not understand it correctly or it may not be working as expected.Regarding App Metadata and Item Metadata, for both it says:How is it stored? → Per board, per app (and per board Item for Item metadata).If I make a copy of a board, will the data persist? → for App Metadata and Item Metadata it is marked with a V, and for collection X. It sounds somewhat contradictory to me.. but I expected that when I duplicate a board, both metadatas (App and Item) will be copied from board to board.I tried to test it. I’m developing a Miro App which upserts metadata upon icon click, where metadataKey=”key”. It also have a Shape with metadata. Both holding {“hello”:”world”}.I then went to the list of boards. Selected it, and then clicked on Duplicate.In the new board, when the App loads - it doesn’t see any previous App metadata (via getAppMetadata(‘key’)). Hello all! It's been a week that I've been trying to embed some links -youtube videos, tiktok, media articles -  but instead of showing the thumbnail in the board, miro just simply paste the url. I've tried in several boards and ask for some friends to do the same and it seems to be a general problem. Is anyone facing this problem also? Do you have a cue on how to fix it? Tks!

Hello, I canceled our annual subscription, but we have an unpaid invoice that prevents us from switching to a monthly plan. Could you help us resolve this issue and enable us to switch to monthly billing? 

There's a board that we used while working on the project, and it's open to Public.Now that the project is closed, I want to delete the board because it contains information that should not be exposed to the outside world.The owner of the board has left the company and has not been able to transfer the rights, so the board cannot be deleted.Is there a way to delete the board?

Hello Everyone.I have just started using Miro.Basically what I exactly need is the template to what they demo on their page (https://miro.com/teams/product/). It is an animated demo and the title of their file is Monaco GP Roadmapping. It has two tables, list of tasks and the timeline, it handles assignees and everything.I searched a lot and could not find a ready template that works that way. What is worse is I have no idea how to customize a template to work that way either. The basic Roadmap template by Miro also only handles dates, no assignees or priorities.Any help is appreciated.

Is there anything like a folder to organize my boards?  For example, lets say the list on the left has the items Work_OngoingWork_DoneStudy_Topic1Study_Topic2Life_FoodLife_Places Wouldnt it be great if there was a 'folder' called work, that can be shown/hidden and inside it having ongoing and done? Same for others. Is there such a thing and I am not finding? I have like 20 boards in my list and it gets very crowded and kinda seems old fashioned having to name stuff with the topic on the start of the name. Thanks!  

I have recently started working with the Miro app for Zoom. I want to say that IT IS AWESOME!It has changed the interaction with my students (I do professional training sessions for companies) and has simplified my students’ screen: they don’t need to open two windows any more (Zoom + Miro separately) and instead they can have just one window. So MUCH easier.I love that I can start sharing a Miro board in Zoom at the start of the session, and that Miro board remains available to students even as they move in and out of the breakout rooms. Just seamless integration. Beautiful.My only concern: the UI in the Zoom app is not updated to the same UI used by standalone Miro in the browser. Can it be updated?

After we got an enterprise version of Miro, evey board we start and edit are super slow! Not sure if it’s just us...

A small question that probably doesn't have a solution yet. Is there way to get around the scaling parameters for the connection lines feature? I want to make my lines thicker in appearance because of the scales that I am working within my Miro Board. Subsequently my connection lines are thin in appearance even when set to the maximum thickness.

I have a board I need to duplicate frequently, with many internal links between objects to facilitate navigation. The problem is that links are absolute, when I duplicate the board, the links in the new board points to the original board and it is too much work to replace all the links to new ones.Is there a simpler way to keep the links relative to each other even If i duplicate the board?

Hi,I’m working on a timeline for a project starting early Jan. 2025. The issue I’m seeing when building my timeline is that the Miro dates available to select are incorrect.Jan.1, 2025 is listed as a Thursday. Realistically that would be Wednesday. So the entire 2025 Calendar is 1 day off.Also, any idea why Tuesday is the first day of the week listed? Thanks! 

After creating a table and a number of different views, they disappeared from my board.The message I get is:   But they were there, I’ve been using them quite intensively and disappeared from one day to another!(I’m on an enterprise plan)How can I get my data back?

Some of my friends are using Miro for customer’s engagement purposes, and they are making me agreed to look for it. But, I personally have never tried this platform for this purpose. So need suggestions of those who are practically doing this for their own or their client’s businesses.Here are my concerns: I need this one to for the customer engagement of one clients who is selling vintage jewelry across the tier one countries(mainly United States). He has tried many marketing based strategies to uplift his sales but that are too costly. So he needs some affordable marketing based platform to uplift his business. I need suggestions about it. 

When I create a meeting in Google Meet and start a new activity with Miro the students on the mobile phone app of Google Meet are shown a prompt that they cannot join the activity. And when going into the options menu it states that the installed addon is unavailable. Also, it does not work when using the mobile phone browser as it will allow them to join the activity but will only allow them to move the screen and leave comments they are unable to draw on the whiteboard.This does not affect any of the account when they are using a desktop computer, the main issue for me is that all my students do not have desktop computers and really only have cell phones. Is there any way to force this functionality so it can be used on the mobile Google Meet App or is there another whiteboard app that can work with it. Most searches show Jamboard had what I am looking for but it has been discontinued. Any help to solve this issue or alternative applications would be much appreciated. 

I cannot find any articles or instances around this, and I can’t contact Miro’s support --I was using Miro and had a subscription associated with my work email that billed to my personal credit card, which I would then get reimbursed. Then, my entire company was laid off with no notice, no severance, and less than 4 hours to transfer everything over. Shockingly, remembering to cancel my Miro subscription was not high on my list after telling my team we were all laid off and trying to come up with a list of contacts, vendors, and necessary items. Now I do not have access to my work email, and the owner of the company is running a smear campaign against other former employees. We had trouble even getting the official lay off documentation to file for unemployment so I doubt the owner will help me and don’t particularly want to be on their radar anyway. I won’t be putting anything work related on my credit card again, no matter how prompt they are at reimbursement, but that doesn’t help m

The participants should be able to see the notes made on the whiteboard and simultaneously make personal notes on the iPads provided to them during the workshops. After the workshop, they should be able to take home the presentation along with the presenter’s notes and their own personal notes. Is this possible with Miro?
