​@Ian Roth - If you're using a keyboard, you can press the P hotkey to launch the pen tool.

Additionally, you could try searching for own from the command palette, which can be launched by using the Ctrl/Cmd + K shortcut.

However, could you please confirm if you’ve tried searching it in the tool panel? What is the result when you tried that?
