Hi, everyone. Long time users here. We recently decided to give the new version of video calls a go after not using it for a while for various reasons, and after learning that Around will be shutting down soon. Windows and Android (from browser) users (students) can join with no issue at all, but Apple users (iPad and iPhone) can either see the camera icon but not the join option, or can see the join option but an error message will pop up. We have tried every settings change on the device itself, on the app/browsers, Chrome and Safari (mobile and desktop versions), the Miro app, and nothing has worked.

Any solution ideas? Thanks in advance.
