Synced copies (BETA): Formatting is lost after enabling sync?
First off, I’m super psyched about this new feature!!! Once it becomes more functional, I expect to use it very regularly.
My first time using this feature resulted in a loss of formatting upon enabling sync. Is anyone else having this problem?

@Chinese Viking - I did a quick test from Chrome and the Miro desktop app from Windows 11 and the formatting was remaining the same for me.
What OS and client are you using?
By the way, maybe this “Send feedback” link will work for you?
@Robert Johnson , I’m using the desktop version of Miro (v 0.9.78) on macOS Sequoia 15.3. The “BETA - Send feedback” button isn’t working on on desktop or browser version.
I was able to reproduce the same issue on the browser version.
@Chinese Viking - Thanks for confirming. I sent a note to a Mironeer to advise that the feedback link isn’t working in several scenarios, as they definitely need to be aware of your experience.
Update:
Some frames are syncing properly and preserving formatting, but other frames are continuing to have the same issue (loss of formatting)
When I duplicate a problematic frame and try syncing it to another board, it works!!!
“BETA - Send feedback” button continues to be unresponsive
Experiments
WHAT I DID: I deleted and un-deleted the original frame to see how the synced copy would reload.
THE RESULT: Sometimes the content would reload (still lacking formatting) and sometimes it would only reload the connection lines, but not load the stickies or text.
WHAT I DID: I tried syncing a copy of the problematic frame to several other boards.
THE RESULT: The lack of formatting persists.
WHAT I DID: I copied a frame that is syncing properly to a board that contained a frame that was not syncing to other boards.
THE RESULT: The copied frame was syncing properly

What Results Suggest
The problem appears to be linked to certain frames, but the problem is not transferred to duplicates of the same frame.
