I need to search for the boards owned by a certain person, who is a member of multiple teams. Could I, as an admin with the content management rights, search for the boards across entire organization? Or do I have to join each team the user belongs to, and search in every team separately?

This forum is still using my old email address. My main Miro email address has been up to date for a long time, but this didn’t carry over to the community. Please help me to fix this.

Is it possible to configure Miro so that accounts created through the SCIM are given a Free-Restricted license instead of Free

We’re restructuring our business and one of our former leaders had created our Miro account on a personal Miro account.Our team would now like to retain the knowledge that was created in this account by transferring the Team with all boards into our organisation.Is there a way we can do that?

Trying to update an existing user as of https://developers.miro.com/docs/users#update-user-attribute-by-idIf the taget userName belongs to a deleted account, I get …{  "schemas" : [ "urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error" ],  "status" : "400",  "scimType" : "invalidValue",  "detail" : "User name '*******@baloise.com' is invalid: 'not unique'"} You can reproduce this with the user ID 3074457348934407798. The UPN can not be changed to the baloise.com email domain. Expected behaviour: a deleted account does not count as duplicate and it is possible to reuse UPN’s of deleted accounts.

We would like to update to the new LTS 10.3.2 version. However, the update check has indicated that the plugin is currently not compatible with this version.Will there be an update released to address this?

Hola, no puedo abrir ningun tablero de miro de mi cuenta, en ningun navegador, ni en modo incognito. Desde la app mobile de Miro, lo abre bien, pero no puedo hacerlo desde la version escritorio. La pagina muestra el siguiente error: A alguien mas le ha pasado?

Just to talk. But I didn't like this new Miro version with LINE and SHAPE in the same tool… Before was much better. I could just press 'L' to draw a line a 'S' to draw a shape. Now, when I press 'L' it still allows me to draw a line. But, when a press 'S', it opens the shape toolbox with lines and shapes options and it remember the last draw I did. If it was a line, then, it gives me the line tool instead the shape tool. Please, give me back the 'S'shortcut to draw a shape. 😀

Sometimes I have to use Miro board from mobile app, and it’s critically important to check image names on a board. It works on desktop version when I click on image, but nothing happens on mobile app. thank you for sharing your ideas!

Is there any way to import a spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV) into Miro’s new Tables (the ones with a database, column types, etc.)?I have created a Table with all the same headings, but when I copy and paste the data from Excel it creates a new Grid. There’s no option to import a file. This would be incredibly useful, and to be honest without it I don’t see much value in the new Tables feature as it would take to long to manually copy data across one cell at a time.It would be great if there was a smart import feature that could handle Tags columns etc. For example, if your CSV had a column of colon-separated values and it could parse these as individual tags.

I keep getting emails even after unsubscribing.I just got an email about the AI service. Which is the primary reason why I opted not to use this app and move to another.I do not want any kind of AI slop being trained on my work and I do not want to keep getting emails from a company that is actively stealing people’s data to train their algorithms without consent.I don’t care if it says you can turn off the collection.Google and other tech companies have already proved those are an absolute lie and they continue to collect data anyway.How do I stop this scam from sending me unwanted emails? 

Hi there,TLDR: Bug report, I can’t open a Card in the Timeline to change its details. The screen flashes as if MIRO is trying to open it, but doesn’t complete the action. Already tried in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Regular cards (not linked to a timeline) are working just fine.ContextI want to start using MIRO as my project management app and, so far, for basic needs (in which I don’t need reporting tools) a combination of Docs, Timeline and Kanban will do just fine.However, to do so, the “CARDS” have to be able to be shared between Timeline and Kanban (meaning that if I change the details of a card in Kanban, it will reflect in the Timeline card as well (because they are supposed to be the same card). This should be the behavior for all fields in this card.So far, it looks like MIRO already intended to do so, but I keep getting the buggy behavior described at the top of this message in “TLDR”.Is anyone else facing this issue?Thanks,

If you are also experiencing this issue, leave a reply or subscribe to this post for updates.In both Chrome and Edge on Windows 10 64-bit, the drag-and-drop "icon" is ghosting on boards and the dashboard. This happens on both the Google Image Search app and one of my custom Web SDK apps, built from the sample drag-and-drop code (https://developers.miro.com/docs/add-drag-and-drop-to-your-app).   

Do we have any option for downloading all miro boards at once

We received an email yesterday from billing@product.miro.com* informing us that our subscription for Miro will renew on 14th January 2025 (6 days from now) for $192 for the year - confused by this because when I logged onto our main account using the email address we received this email in, we are on a free plan. Also, the Starter Plan, which this billing email states we are on, should cost $672 a year based on the $56 a month - not sure where the $192 has come from. Just wanted to check whether 1) this is a legitimate email from Miro and 2) if so, how do we cancel a subscription that we aren’t, in fact, subscribed to due to having a Free account, not an upgraded paid one? *the email we received told us to reply to p.team@miro.com not billing

We’re using SCIM to provision accounts via Okta. When we deprovision an account I want the account deactivated in Miro. Instead, the account is being set to Free (Restricted). How do I change this? 

Hi all,Does anyone know how to retain text formatting when pasting text into Miro Docs? Pasting from Word or Markdown does not retain the formatting correctly. I really wish Miro would fully support Markdown everywhere. 

​@Maureen H.  - I just watched your video on Consumer Journey and loved your template. In the video you show creating Cards for idea mapping and then scroll to the right side of the board and organize cards by priority. Is there a way for the board to pull together all the cards (e.g. duplicating or ‘alias duplicates’ that allow them to get sorted based on priority? I wasn’t clear if you had to copy and paste each ‘Card’ to recreate it.The use case I’m trying to solve for is:-during a workshop the team puts all the cards in the journey (within the respective column) then we can organize based on priority; while still keep the cards on the journey board. Thank you.
