Hello,
I use the in-app version of Miro to collaborate in Zoom almost every day. Yesterday, I started a meeting as normal, opened the app, selected the board & start view and then got this error page “sorry this browser is not supported.”
I have updated zoom & miro, restarted & updated my computer and still the error persists. The zoom version of miro loads my account and my boards, but I get the same error page every time I try to open a board. It was working fine on Wednesday.
Does anyone know what the problem is or how or when it might be fixed?
Regular screen sharing & pasting board links in the chat is a good enough work around for now but I do miss the collaborate function & the in-app user experience was better for my workshop participants.
