Copy and Pasting Grids

Currently, we use Miro Whiteboard as a third party app through Whereby to support high volume hiring. We have a very specific diary grid that we used to copy and paste into the miro board with no issues. However, recently when trying to copy and paste, it brings up a ‘loading’ box and never actually appears. Is there any way around this or is this a bug?

    Thanks for reaching out! I’d love to help troubleshoot this issue. Could you provide a bit more detail to better understand what’s happening?

    • Are you copying and pasting from another application (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Notion), or within Miro itself?
    • Have you tried pasting into a different Miro board to see if the issue persists?
    • Does this happen with all pasted content or only with your specific diary grid?
    • Are you using Miro through Whereby, or does the issue occur when using Miro directly as well?

    If possible, could you also share a short video or screenshots of what happens when you try to paste? This will help us understand the problem better. Looking forward to your response! 😊
