Hello.  So I have no idea how this community is going to be able to help me. I need someone from Miro to tell me who owns this board : http://miro.com/app/board/uXjVLNQXGUs=/ It's a board I made back in October  but I can't remember what email address I used to create it. The only evidence I have is a video I sent to a friend explaining my work and that's where I was able to see the URL in the video.  When I try and request access I don't have any request popping up in my Gmail accounts.  It's driving me mad because I put SOOO much work into this board and I need access to it.  But I don't know how to figure that out.  Also. I have no Idea how a community is going to help. Obviously guys fpnt have access to ownership information.   Wild. I hope I haven't lost my work 😭😭 

I’m looking to enable a dynamic link from our inhouse developed app (which uses AWS Cognito for identity verification) to the Miro app. I have found some info on configuring SSO for AWS https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014798100-How-to-Configure-AWS-SSO but can anyone advise if this also works for the Miro app?

I tried to change the email of my miro account. I entered the new one and got the confirmation mail.I wasn’t able to click the confirmation link in a short period of time, unfortunately it took me a while. When I clicked the verification link from the confirmation mail, it showed me an error "Email change failed. The link is invalid. Go back to your profile and try changing your email again" error.I tried three more times to repeat the confirmation, but got exactly the same error every time even though I click on a confirmation link in a minute.How to solve the problem?

I’m loving the timeline/table feature! I’m not finding some features that I am hoping are here or that are on the roadmap:I have some projects with defined start and end dates but some projects are evergreen (no known end date) and I’d like them to show up as ongoing in the timeline. I’m band aiding this  by setting a date way out in the future but it is tideous and doesn’t seem like a realistic solve for high volume timelines.  Related to this, is there a way to copy and paste and end date -- or even just manually type in a date? I’m currently clicking, clicking, clicking and it seems their has to be a better way.  Is there a way to set milestones within a specific entry/iniative? I’m using the milestone for my full time for things like fiscal calendar, etc but there are a lot of initiative specific milestones I’d like to add on a specific row/entry?

Hello! My child has lessons on the miro platform and accidentally tried free business trial in the groupe that was created by his teacher. There any projects had been created by kid. In the miro account I can`t see any plan or upgrades, nor I can cancel or change anything. Now the miro.com tryies to charge my  credit card  on the amount of $4416!!! Could you please help me cancel this subscription. As on the credit card was`t enough money I can assume miro didn`t provide any services.Thank you

I am a Master’s student working on the project on my own, I had been working on it for awhile. Today, I opened up the whole content I created has disappaered. Is there any way to fix it and bring it back?

Hi All,  Does anyone have a link to download a set of SVG’s for the Office 365 environment please?  Slightly surprised these dont come in the built in shape pack...unless im missing something.  Graham 

I use free plan and I have some members on the board. Looks like after some updates I can’t delete some members who are no longer in our company. There is no option to delete a person in settings. The screen shot is attached. Please help.  

I have a Wacom Intuos Pro pen tablet with one of the pen’s button set as Pan/Scroll. On Miro, it will zoom in and out of the screen instead, and it’s really unstable and annoying. Is there a way to set up Pan/Scroll?I know I can hold the space bar down but even that is not stable, sometimes I need to try 10 times until it gets activated, it’s like it gets stuck in the zoom mode. I’d rather be able to just set the pen to pan/scroll and use ± on the keyboard to zoom. 

I am finding it impossible to change card size, for additional cards added after the initial card.   The vertical resize simply doesn’t work. The horizontal resize shrinks and expands font.  This smells like someone thinks of this as a feature.  Anyone else find this happens to them, and find a workaround?  tx

In the most recent update the pan/scroll feature with my wacom pen+tablet is unreliable. Sometimes it zooms, sometimes it pans across the canvas. Usually, when I restart the app I can pan then slowly over the course of the session it will only zoom. Not sure what’s up. Is anyone else seeing this? 

Hello, I can't create a board in my free team, there are simply no buttons, everything works in other teams. I thought about deleting the team and creating a new one, when I try to enter the team settings, I get an error [error]"57451e47-c6e1-455a-a5ea-085b1fbd9e82". Each time a new code, but that's not the point. I tried to enter the account settings, also an error. [error]"862a84ec-46a0-4625-919f-7c144b1f805d"[error]"108a0f04-0b21-4ad2-ac5b-e4cbec3766de" I tried to do this on different devices, with different internet connections, doesn't work. 

Hello, First, the FAQ states that when copying cells from a spreadsheet and pasting in Miro, each cell should appear as a individual post-it. It does not. As far as I am concerned, I get a single text box with each cell becoming a line of text. Also, it seems impossible to simply select a few post-its and paste their content as a list / multiple cells in a word document / spreadsheet. While Miro is integrated in lots of other tools and this is great, not supporting this seemingly simple feature is a terrible waste of time (Mural supports it for example). So, am I doing things wrong or is it really not possible? (And don’t tell me that I need to export a CSV file, please…  ) Thanks in advance for the support Regards, Maxime

Created some new boards today.These boards are not appearing via REST API (https://api.miro.com/v2/boards), even hours after creation.The account that installed the app is the same account that created the boards, and I can access such boards by ID if I specifically request them via REST API and they also appear if I use the “team_id” query string parameter, as suggested in the API documentation. But in such case I cannot use the “query” query string parameter, which I need to use. According to the same documentation the new boards should appear within seconds without the “team_id” parameter.The account we are developing for has around 1,149 boards, but I don’t believe that should break the API.

I have been using Miro to annotate and I’ve noticed that some of my handwritten text converses to an auto shape after a delay and seemingly can’t be undone. The smart object setting wasn’t selected when writing and only happens after a delay and I can’t work out what is triggering the conversion or how to undo it.  I’m using an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. See image below fore example. Some of the characters are converted to smart shapes and others not.  Thanks in advance!  Dan  

Hi team,I have a Jira planner that I use to plan my 2-week sprints across mutliple months. I have around 8 sprints I want to plan out, but the planner does not allow me to choose/display more than 5 sprints at a time. How can I get all the sprints to be displayed on the planner in Miro. I can confirm that the Jira board, when displayed on the Jira site, displays all the sprints that I want, so it’s not related to Jira filter. Please help! Thanks!

i'm having trouble accessing my board. I was using the bussiness free trial where I recovered an old version of a board of mine, but when I returned to the free version this board is blocked for viewing only, claiming that the free plan has a limit of 3 boards. I deleted one of my boards and was left with a total of 2 boards, but it's still blocked. There's no one else on my team. I'd like to understand why it's blocked when I'm within the 3-board limit.  

When I started building my org chart, each box had lines for the job holder’s name, email address etc. I somehow randomly hit a key stroke that made that disappear. Now I can only see Name and a shortened description of the role. How do I restore the previous view? 

Help needed please. Last year I could give my students access to boards to edit. This year I am being told the students need to be members of the education team to edit the boards. I have 100 education licenses granted and over a 100 students.Appreciate help to know how I can give editing rights to the boards without making a student join the education team? I have added the students email addresses into the boards but Miro is asking me to grant them access rights to the board but the problem is editing.Thanks.  

I use the Miro QR Pictures and now I got an error message from it when I try to add a picture thru the form that opens from the QR code. I tried to send a picture both by taking a picture (about 1,6 MB) and by sending an existing picture (this one was 386 kB) and for both I got an error message:Error Sorry, there was an issue sending your Picture. Please ensure your image is under 6 mb in size. Please try again.I’ve tried many times with different pictures, but the same error message appears. I used it with my iPhone and from my laptop.I also tried to contact Miro support but my email gets bounced back, can anybody help resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!  

I have created a board  and have shared with a client. The share is open to public with “Can edit” They create a miro user account and when they click the link they are asked to “Join your team in Miro”.  See picture. If they select “create a new team” they go to the board I have created - and next time they open the miro board they are not asked to join the team. I have not created any teams - as far as I know. I have shared a lot of other boards with clients where they do not see this and go directly to the board.   Questions: Why are they getting this “join your team in Miro” - How can we avoid this “Join your team...” and make them go directly to the Miro Board   Link til the board -       

Hi there,I’ve been using miro for my students for a few years, never had an issue… I use it for collaborative activities in session and offline, providing a shared link to use the boards. I was contacted by a colleague within my institution (there are 2500+, note, this is not an close colleague) who appears to have been charged for ‘my students’ inadvertently logging into her miro.Concerned this may be a data breach? User identities have been shared? I did not know there were individual login charges applicable. is this correct? My ‘shared links’ did actually work, as all my students were in the board on the day. How were they appearing on/in another persons account/boards? To be exact, it appears that mulitple students of mine, from different boards I have used, are appearing on another persons account, how?Any offer of an explanation and how to address the erroneous charge for my colleague, most welcometaDavid
