How do I check my remaining  AI credit? I am an Education plan user. I also would like to know the case for Free users.Besides, the number of AI credits will be reset at the beginning of each calendar month?

I am located in Siberia, Russia. Miro has been shut down since Thursday morning(20.03). I work on Miro, so as my students do, what are we supposed to do? Is anyone solving the issue?I know it’s related to some Russian limitations. But is it possible that you resolve the problem in the nearest time?

My team and I have the problem that we all can't edit our created board. Neither the owner nor those who have editing rights (including me). The board is not locked, but it looks like it's only in perspective view (it doesn't respond when you click on it). It was also the case that you could access less and less content over time. It can't be the browser or our miro accounts (these are company accounts). Has anyone ever had a similar situation or does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

I’ve been using Miro for a long time but I think since the latest Firefox update 124.0.1, Miro suddenly started to undo twice when i click on CTRL+Z once. I tested other boards and checked if the problem is with CTRL+Z itself with me but everything works fine elsewhere but here.It is not Firefox as I’ve tried with several other tests and they all seem to be working fine so something is wrong elsewhere and this is a big deal for me as I can’t properly use the board now and I really don’t want to switch from Miro.

HiCan colors be erased or reordered in the shapes color palette?. I have been experimenting with colors and the palette window is getting long and unmanageableThanks

I apologize for such way of telling a bug using a question topic, but I really want to fix this as fast as possible. It happened yesterday on my PC and my laptop after latest update. As default, P E V keys work as hotkeys for Pen, Eraser and Selection tool correspondingly. So I use it a lot to speed up my workflow. But now P key is not working after selecting Eraser as current instrument! So every time you need to switch from eraser to pen you need to move your cursor to select Pen instrument using a mouse, not a single P hotkey button. But it still works if Eraser is not selected, for example, I can switch between Pen and Selection tool using P and V buttons. I hope I made this message clean. Please fix this, I’m sure this bug is already found by other users too

Hey there, since this week I cannot copy paste anything in any board, because it gives me the “copying not allowed from previous source board”. Thing is though, I am not trying to copy anything from another board to the board I am working in. This message comes up when I am trying to copy paste something on the same board, which seems like a bug to me. When I ALT+drag an element to copy it, that works as a workaround for that. Anyone else experiencing this?

Dear Miro Support Team,  I am planning to cancel my Miro subscription before its expiration date of March 23rd. Before doing so, I want to ensure that I can migrate my data to a new environment's data dashboard after the subscription is stopped. Could you please confirm whether the data migration process will be available to me post-cancellation? Additionally, I would like to know if I cancel my subscription now, will I still be able to migrate my data? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Best regards,  

Is there any effect on my existing data after unsubscribing, and can I move the content to the new environment

I’ve been using the intelligent roadmap template and I can’t figure out how to add multiple dates for a row (e.g. for a quarterly report). Trying to duplicate the item just leads to the entire map duplicating and I would prefer not to just create basic shapes to drop in as this partly defeats the purpose of the intelligent template. Has anyone had any success with this?

Google SSO with my email c******h@w***i logs me in with my old account c****h@d******y, but requesting a password reset for either doesn’t result in an email, which means I’m unable to update the email to the new correct one.Please assist me.

I am hoping to find a solution that will allow guests on a board to conduct a private individual reflection (e.g in a private frame maybe>). I don’t want these reflections to ever be “revealed” by me as the facilitator. And in the same board, I want participants to be able to publicly/visibly brainstorm and collaborate with each other. Are there any tools or workarounds for this?

Miro site not loading (stuck with logo screen). I’m using macbook air m1 and last verion of google chrome.What’s intresting in case when I choose throttling (fast 4g internet simulation) it works, unfortunatelly it’s impossible to use this hack.Does someone see something similar and fix it?

I’m still using the free version, which allows three editable boards at a time. I shared a board with a fellow teacher so that she could see how I use Miro with my English classes. She really liked the website, she she decided to create her own boards for her classes. However, when she created two of her own boards for her own classes, they showed up in my “Team” and locked the boards I’ve been using with my students. The free version of the site allows 3 editable boards at a time per user, right? So how can both of us have three editable boards each, as opposed to the two of us needing to share that limit?

Bom dia.Estou com dificuldade após uns meses de uso.Na conta Administrador do board, não estou conseguindo expandir os cards para visualizar o conteúdo que adicionei.quando clica em expandir, parece que vai abrir o card mas não abre.Adicionei uma nova conta e com ela o card e expandido normalmente.Alguém já passou por isso? 

Using Miro app and in chrome on my mac.When I log in, the automatically zooms to 400%.  When I zoom out.. the minute i let go of the mouse.. it zooms back in..Have tried switching navigation from mouse to track pad - no luckHave checked if any of my keys are stuck - no luck 

Dear Miro Community,I am experiencing an issue accessing my Miro content after the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) with our company domain. Previously, I registered my Miro account using my xxx@yyy.de email, where I created and owned multiple boards.However, with SSO now enforcing the xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com domain, I am automatically logged into an account under xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com, where I only have viewer access to my previously owned content. I am unable to edit or manage the boards that I originally created with my xxx@yyy.de account.Both my Accounts are on a Free Plan. Could you please assist with one of the following solutions?1. Merge my two accounts (xxx@yyy.de and xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com) so that I retain full access and ownership.2. Transfer ownership of my existing boards from my xxx@yyy.de account to my xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com account.3. Hi, I can’t copy/paste items in one of my boards anymore, which I could do before. If I try to paste anything I get the following message: “Copying not allowed from previous source board”.I’m not the owner, but editor of the board and my colleagues, who also are editors still can copy/paste. I don’t have that problem with my other boards in which I’m editor. Does anybody have a solution for this?Thanks! 

Miro seems to maintain all our old employees and associates accounts on their system even though we delete them from our company account. This is an issue for security and clarity in offboarding people. If they used their email and a password to access their account, rather than single sign in/OAuth using Google, they would still have access and not be locked out. Although we will not be paying for them at that point as they are not part of our team account, it is still an issue that they are using the service under our domain. Can anyone help here?

However, I can see the auditlogs:read and sessions:delete scopes.Does the development team also need an enterprise account to create an OAuth client app with the organizations:read scope?Or is it sufficient for the authenticating user's account to be an enterprise account?I would appreciate any clarification.
