Hi Miro Team,I am on the Business Plan and would like to enable the option to allow public board sharing with anonymous guest editing.Currently, the setting “Allow public sharing” is grayed out in the Security section, see image below:How can I activate the feature? I understand is is part of my purchased “Business” plan. I need the feature so I can share boards for workshops without requiring sign-in.Thank you!Julian

Currently, there is a bug with the table feature.When I build a table from left to right, for example in this order:Initial order1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7…and I use the filter option (the “eye” icon) to hide a column, the column correctly disappears. However, in the filter dropdown, this column is incorrectly moved down into the “Disabled” section. Thats wrong. It should remain in its original position.When I re-enable the hidden column, it is added back to the far right of the table, instead of being restored to its original position before it was hidden.Example result:1, 5, 6, 7, 2, 3, 4 When will this bug be fixed?The problem is that it creates additional work because I have to manually move the columns back to their original position each time, which makes no sense at all.

Description: Since approximately one week ago, Google Drive files embedded in Miro boards have stopped displaying correctly. Instead of previews or embedded documents, only blank white rectangles appear. This makes it impossible to identify or work with embedded files directly on boards.Troubleshooting already performed: Reauthorized Google Drive integration multiple times (logged out/in, removed integration entirely). Completely cleared browser cache/cookies. Verified file sharing permissions (all set to "Anyone with the link" or explicitly shared). Tested in Incognito mode with all browser extensions disabled. Issue persists across multiple browsers and devices (Chrome and Safari tested, macOS fully updated). Google sign-in credentials are used for Miro login, but this has historically not been connected to Drive integration issues. Expected vs. Actual Behavior: Expected: Visible previews/embedded files from Google Drive appear directly on Miro boards. Actual: Only white

Hi! I have the paid educational plan and have always used all the templates available on it, so I hired him. But for a few days (until last week, exactly) I was always able to use all the features, but now it's asking me to upgrade the plan... You didn't lock the features from one week to the next, did you? ? This practice goes beyond the service I hired and paid for, this change is illegal I think…  

I’m looking for a way to create an arc of variable lengths (e.g. as can be done in MS Word or PPT.) Miro doesn’t have this currently. Has anyone who also needed this found a sensible workaround? This is actually quite related to @Sean Kelleher’s request for dynamic triangle shapes. Miro would benefit by having dynamic shapes.

Hello,I have a regular problem when using miro windows app: heavy (a lot of content) boards often go blank when zoomed. Since no refresh is available I need to either close and open this board (tab in the app) or restart the app. It can happen even several times in a few minutes.Does anyone else has this problem? Any solutions?I am using Windows 11.Piotr

The integration works as cards can be updated both in Miro and Jira - but the cards shown in Miro have only the title and nothing else.This has happened since I upgraded from Free.I have tried adding a new linked card but that has the same problem.  I’ve disconnected and reconnected Jira - made no differenceThis is only a problem on one board. It’s just the one board we use extensively of course. On my sandbox it’s fine.

Hi there - This setup is in one of the templates. I’d like to adapt it for a project, but I cannot figure out how to 1) combine multiple tables into one connected grid as shown here and 2) How to rename “Objective 2” “Objective 3” to something custom like “Redesign xyz.com” - any insight? Thanks!

Some years ago, we started using MIRO within our company, and several teams created their own spaces. Unfortunately, the admins in those teams left the company some time ago. I want to delete those teams and the boards they created to reduce waste in our navigation and get rid of outdated information. Would it be possible for you to grant me admin access to those teams?

Have been trying to add confluence links and keep getting “Oops something went wrong”Its not the cookies - google drive works fine. The issue is that it does not give the option to sign into confluence. 

Hi - I'm trying to ensure we fully understand the limitations of teachers enrolling in the Miro Education plan.From what I've read here, it looks like any teacher can sign up, and they can add up to 100 members for their team.  On top of this it also looks like there can be many teams within an organization.  Given these two options, as a K-12 school can you please clarify if the school limited to 100 members total, or is each teacher limited to 100 members?  For example, if I had two teachers from Havergal College sign up, there could be 200 members from Havergal College in total? Thanks for clarifying. Sam

Frequently - My frames will organize themselves as if ‘Organize Frames’ was selected - even when it is not. This is terrible - especially with boards with hundreds of frames that then need to be manually re-ordered. 

Hi! I’d like to create a Master board with a load of modular template content. Then I’d like to create other boards that can grab the modular content from the Master board. Then when the Master content is updated it propagates to the other boards. Is this possible? I’ve probably described this very badly :-D

Hi guys!I have strange behavior with my app so maybe someone can help me.I installed the app in user settings and see app icon in app list on my board. I open the app and got authenticated. After that I can work with the app BUT after page reloading the app icon disappears from the app list on my board. What it can be ? Is there something wrong with my app or it’s OK because it’s not published in market? Now it’s deployed on Vercel. 

In the upper left corner there are groups, and it turns out I was a member there. I created my boards, and I always got an error that I had overcome the barrier in editing 3 boards. I did not understand why this was happening. I saw that I was in some group and clicked to delete from there .... and I saw how my boards disappeared ... shock, tears. I do not even remember who else was in this group and who was its administrator. I send requests to edit my board (I found its link), but I only receive a notification that my access was sent to the owner ... Which owner? if I was the owner? how can I now find out who my access depends on? and who can give me access to this group again? how can I find the history of my board? can someone from tech support help me restore my access, since I do not even know who to contact ... and these are very important boards for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Miro Community & Team,I am currently using the free trial of Miro and have registered my card for annual payment. However, I cannot find any receipt or subscription-related details anywhere in my account, which is quite confusing.Therefore, I would like to cancel my subscription and remove payment details to ensure it doesn’t transition to a paid plan after the trial period. I kindly request your assistance in canceling all payment-related details and subscriptions linked to my account.I would greatly appreciate your prompt help in resolving this matter.Thank you very much!P.S. Miro is such a wonderful product, but why make cancellation this hard and tricky. There is higher probability of building customer trust and return if you make this process simpler. 

Good afternoon, I have problems with payment. I sent links for the boards to different people that are not in my team (I needed them on these boards) and now I have t pay for all those people, even though they didn`t take part in creating or changing. I deleted all the people, but how can I change the payment now, because I have to pay almost 30 dollars instead of 10? 

For enterprise organizations and departments with large project portfolios, Miro’s constraint on not allowing folders and sub-folders within Spaces and/or longer Board name lengths is a problem that needs to be solved.  Barring having a mile long list of spaces for a given team/department, not having the capability to create program named folders or project named sub-folders in spaces, leads to trying to incorporate a program and project name prefix into every associated board asset, however, due to the board name length constraint this can’t be accommodated.  This is a critical feature as available in Mural’s platform that is a disappointing realization after migrating to Miro.
