I import some large files and now my Miro board is jammed. Can anyone help?

A few quick questions to help troubleshoot:

  • What file types did you import (e.g. images, PDFs, videos)?

  • Roughly how large were the files?

  • Are you using the browser or the desktop app, and which one?

  • Does the issue persist after refreshing or reopening the board?

  • Can you share a short video or screenshots of what your current dashboard or boards look like?

Also, if possible, try accessing the board in a different browser or device to see if it’s responsive there.

 

If the board is still stuck and you're on a paid plan, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support with your board URL—they can take a closer look from the backend.
