• Are you seeing an error message when trying to open the Jira cards?

• Do you know which Jira workspace or board the cards are linked to?

• Were you expecting to connect a different Jira board instead of the one currently showing?

• Are you the one who installed the Jira Cards app on this board?

If possible, please include a screenshot or a short screen recording of what you're seeing. This would be super helpful in getting to the root of the issue.

• Were you expecting to connect a different Jira board instead of the one currently showing? Yes.

• Are you the one who installed the Jira Cards app on this board? No. 
  
  I sent a screenshot movie for you have an idea. I have no access in this Project (Consultoria Externa - Adiante Tecnologia). It was automatic when I downloaded Jira Cards in Miro.
