Problems with Roadmap Template

Could you check the start and end dates of the tasks that aren't appearing in the timeline view? If the dates are set in the past, that might be why they’re not showing up.

If the dates look correct, feel free to share a screenshot showing the task and its dates on the screen — we’ll be happy to take a closer look and help troubleshoot further!

Thank you for your answer! The start and end dates of the tasks aren't in the past, so they should appear in the timeline view. I would be very thankfulo if you can help me!

Here’s what you can try next:

• Manually drag the task from the left panel into the timeline area on the right.
  
  If drag-and-drop still isn’t working, try these quick fixes:

  • Refresh the board.

  • Make sure you're not in view-only mode (you need editor access to drag tasks).

  • Switch to a different browser or clear your cache and try again.

  • Remove the task then add it to the timeline again
