Could you please confirm which Miro plan you're on?
If you're on a paid plan and the option still isn’t showing, try the following steps:

Go to Settings (click your avatar on the dashboard or from a board).

Navigate to Apps and integrations > Apps.

Select Manage apps.

Locate Video Calls and check if it’s toggled to Allowed.
If you don’t see it there, could you please share a screenshot of your Settings > Apps and integrations > Apps section so we can investigate further?

What I have noted over the years is that when a Miro feature is in beta, not every subscription/team will have the feature while. Miro seems to roll beta features out in phases, but may still not roll it out in beta to everyone.
IMHO, it should be a standard in each help center article that has “BETA” in the title that there is a corresponding FAQ that states not everyone will have this feature while it’s still in beta.
I came from around.co anyway I can be part of the beta, as it’s a key feature for me while evaluating the product.
