Hi,I’m currently on a Miro paid plan and am the admin for my workspace. Despite this, I’m unable to remove users from the boards. I am the sole user actively working on the boards, but I’m being prompted to subscribe to a 7-user plan, which is unfeasible for my needs.Could you please assist in resolving this issue?Looking forward to your support. 

Hello!So yesterday I got an idea that I wanted to create a app in Miro and i started searching how I can do so and found a great guide on how to get me started but I gave up quite fast because things where not working on my work computer due to some restrictions.So I ended up deleting the “Developer team” (I think It’s called), but now when I want to do the same thing again i get the error or warning saying “User has already created developer organization“ but I can’t find any developer organization or team…?I have created a case on this but maybe someone here has an idea on how I can solve this? Thanks,Driton

Hi!  In a recent update, many of the UI elements in Miro were turned bright green. These new elements are super hard to read and surely do not comply with up-to-date accessibility standards (ie. low contrast). I’m surely not the only user who is bugged by this - is there a way to undo this and get back to black-on-white elements all together? Looking forward to hearing from other users too. Thanks!

It works in Firefox, or desktop app, but it doesn’t work in Chrome, even after clearing cache. I’m using the latest version of Chrome and Windows 11. I prefer using web than desktop app, and would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!  

Okay!My first item of business is: I created this post once before, but after editing out some grammar mistakes I found, the entire thing was deleted off of the face of the site. Now, it won’t even let me post this to the wish list idea side of the site. Which is a bummer… can someone move my post over there? I’ll be brief: Had to use the mobile app the other day. Wanted to throw out there that I think adding focus mode to the app would be really helpful and much less clunky. To build on that idea, I think it would be really cool if on the board page / home dashboard, there was a dropdown for all my boards that would list doc elements contained within them. Then when you click them it could just open focus mode of that document. Making it even easier for mobile. Figure this could be expanded further on the dash specifically to make it easy to duplicate or move docs between your boards. Hi there, I am a free user (Sorry about that). I was on my board and when I switched tab to visit another website and then returned all of my work was suddenly gone. Even though there was stuff on it before I cant even use the undo button. I am not part of any team. I really hope to resolve this issue. 

Hi all, I am having a weird user experience problem that i have not encountered before.  When i am trying to see the setting or the team members on a board - selecting eitehgr icon just creates a new untiltied board… i dont get taken to the list of team members or the settings.  We are currently on Business plan license - only have 3 users and 3 boards so i dont think it is a licensing problem.  My site admin has told me i am set up as admin too which should mean i can see who can access the boards etc?  Driving me nuts,.,.. creating untilted boards uncessarily etc.

HelloI have a handful of templates live on Miroverse.Today I wanted to make some updates, but when I click ‘Edit’ I end up on a “Hmm, that didn’t workThat page can’t be reached, but if you double-check it,we’re happy to try again.”Has anyone else got that problem?Any workarounds?thanks

Tenho conta gratuita na miro e tinha dois boards e elessimplesmente sumiram, e quando tento acessar o link salvo aparece a mensagem para solicitar acesso para mim mesma, mas como sou conta gratuita não tem como tornar privado o board, além disso nao faz sentido solicitar acesso pra mim mesma, e eu nao exclui esses boards, tenho coisas muito importantes nesses boards por favor alguem me ajuda?

Some day ago my board has become too slow,I need to wait about 10-15 sec for each stepI can't work and have to cancel my lessons.Help me please!!!

For some reason I can’t delete these boxes that say type something: If i select delete, they disappear then reappear again immediately. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Heythere,I am using a PI hole to block behavioral tracking and other unwanted network traffic.As split.io is used also for behavioral tracking, that I definitely do not want to happen, the login page is completely broken as the network cannot reach split.io: Is there a workaround to using the login without the split.io unblocking?I remember the login working behind the pi hole, so this seems to be a recent change? cheers!

Hello all together, we have encountered weird behaviour in the timeline template (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/20185235301650-Timeline#h_01JDNQ9FWHESTAYGV25JG7ZJM4 ) where guests can’t edit anything. We can’t find a solution and even our IT-Team has no idea. So maybe here is someone who has an idea. Since this timeline is now covering the whole year we would really appreciate any help so we don’t have to redo all of it. I have created a board so our customer (no miro account, shared via link) and our project manager (paid account) can plan the topics for the year dynamically. Our PM decided to use the mentioned timeline template and it worked well for 2 month now. on Tuesday, 1.4., they encountered a problem where they are both unable to edit the template. All action buttons are disabled and they can’t move any tasks. I, as the board owner, am still able to do so. So first question: How is it possible, that it stops working after 2 month? We experimented a bit and found out

Hello all, I was editing a board today and my entire project timeline and all date is go9ne- I went to restore the element but it wasn't on the list like it had been deleted, i wondered if it was just being updated as others have mentioned but there's no sign of it - there were over 36 projects tracked and Im a bit worried!! Anyone else had this?- it looks like I'll have to remake it but I can’t remember all the info!  Thanks 

Hi,I subscribed for a Business account with one month free trial (1 member only). Never received any e-mail confirmation nor an invoice, and yet I just got charged for 921 € on my bak acount 3 days ago! I can’t allow this, for I am unemployed at the moment. How do you proceed to cancel this subscription and pay me back, please? Thanks in advance for any advice and support…Lorraine.  

All I see on this forum are people asking for basic features for YEARS with hundreds of upvotes and no real replies from Miro except copy/paste pleasantries and stalling. What’s the purpose of this forum if features aren’t actually adopted even when you have hundreds of users telling you they are critical?

Hi,Per attachment, milestone entry do not wrap over lines and therefore they quite easily overlap each other whenever they’re close together. Therefore, milestones as they’ve been implemented are pretty much useless ..Is there anything I can do differently to make them usable?Thanks,Nick

Hi! For some reason I cannot restore any of the previous versions of the board where I have editors’s access (Enterprise plan). Atempts are keep failing with a “restoring” → “something went wrong” status. Is there something I can do to fix this? I’ve got customer’s edits revoced, so I’m about to lose a huge amount of work by recovering prev version

Hi,First time posting =)I’ve been looking for a functionality that I’m doubtful to exist, but just wanted to check if I’m not missing it.I’m developing a board that would benefit from having elements that would change status automaticaly if the matching one had it’s status updated. The goal is to have a group of elements on a list and see them updated in another place if the status is changed. Example: If I change the left box to “In Progress”, the one on the right would change it’s status as well. Is there any way to achieve this?Thanks for any help.

Hi,I’m running the example app athttps://github.com/horeaporutiu/miro-webhooks-python , having set it up as per the instructions at https://developers.miro.com/docs/getting-started-with-webhooks-pythonStrangely, it looks like the app only gets called when nodes in the mind map are modified or deleted, but not when they are created. Is this a bug or am I missing something?Thanks,E.

  I’m trying to replicate my chart flow in Miro to better understand the logic behind my workflow.Currently, I need to use a mix of Grasshopper and Excel.I tried using Miro, but I wasn’t able to find a way to create multiple input/output nodes and connect them with black arrows without the connections overlapping.Could I get some advice on how to do this?    

I'm having trouble editing a table I created, within a board created by someone else. I'm an editor on the board, but suddenly I no longer have access to edit the table and I can't resolve the issue. And the option to request editing doesn't appear. The image bellow shows the message when I try to edit the table.

I’m investigating the possibility to create (e.g., via PowerShell code leveraging the Miro REST API) a bidirectional link between a Miro Mind Map and Jira tickets.This would need adding a custom “Jira ticket ID” property to each of the nodes in the Miro Mind Map.I’m trying to use the PATCH method on a mindmap_node, but this doesn’t seem to be supported (“Operation not supported”, status 400).Have a hit a dead end (Custom attributes for Mindmap node | Miro is 2 years old, maybe this is now possible)?
