Advanced Search for Content across boards not working

I have many boards that have JIRA ticket ids in them JTR-1234 as test and as a linked JIRA widget.  In both cases, when I search nothing is returned.  Is anyone else having this issue?

    Just to clarify — are you using the Search content feature within a specific board?

    Or are you trying to search across multiple boards from the dashboard/global search? could you also share a screenshot or short video of what you’re seeing? That would really help us understand the issue more clearly and see how it’s behaving on your end.

     

    Knowing which search tool you’re using will help us determine whether this is expected behavior or something we should investigate further.
