How can i see deleted board on free plan? To be sure I can undo it in Starter plan.
I have free plan and unfortunately my board was deleted within 3 last weeks (i dont know by myself or my visitors - i didnt find any history status because no available board in my account now .
How can I be sure that when I will buy Starter plan i will find my deleted board? I do not have access to my trash been or history now so it seems like there's never been a board. It is strange for me to find no any trace so i afraid i will upgrade my plan and will not find my board either,
Only one i have now - the link and note the board was deleted.

Hi @Mila Yonce , thanks for reaching out — I’m really sorry to hear your board is missing. I understand how worrying it can be to consider upgrading without being sure you’ll be able to recover your work.
Even on the Free Plan, you can restore a deleted board if you still have the board link.
For example, a Miro board link looks like this: https://miro.com/app/board/o9L_kSnC_0=/
When you open the link in your browser, you’ll see a message saying the board has been deleted. If it’s still within the recovery window, you should also see an option to "Restore board."
Clicking Restore board will redirect you to your Miro dashboard, where you’ll be able to open and access the recovered board again.
If you wish to upgrade to a paid plan, you’ll gain access to the Trash, where you may be able to locate and restore boards deleted within the last 90 days.
If you decide to upgrade and still can't see the deleted board, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support right away with the board link you want to restore. They can check your account and confirm whether recovery is possible.
Let us know how it goes or if you’d like help with anything else!

Dear Eca, unfortunately I do not have link “Restore the board”. i have only “The board has been deleted’. I use free plan maybe this is a reason?
My board link is
And I see such kind of message:
no link
@Mila Yonce - You are seeing the message that any registered Miro would see - team member or otherwise - when you are NOT the board owner.
If you were the board owner, you would see:
Unfortunately, even if you upgraded a team, you may not be able to restore the board.
You could ask every member of the free plan team where the board resides to open the board by the link until one of them has the restore option.
Additionally, if you are a team admin of the team where you believe the board resides, you could remove each member of the team - assigning yourself as the new owner of the removed user’s content - and tying to the link again until you get the restore message.

I see, but my team members see another message when trying emter my link. That's very strange because I sure it is my link to my board. And person below has the access.
@Mila Yonce - Have them all try the link from a desktop as the messaging appears to be different when on a mobile device. And, it even looks to be different when on an iPhone vs. Android.
As I mentioned before, if you are a Team Admin of the Free Plan team where you believe the board resides, you could start removing people from the team (adding them back later), and checking the link again each time after removing someone. However, if you created the board (i.e., you were the board owner) and are signed in with the same Miro account that you would have created the board from, then only you could have deleted it. So, the only other way for someone else on the same team to have deleted the board would have been if they were a Team Admin and then removed you from the team, deleted the board, and added you again. If you are certain that you created that board at some point, then I suspect that you did so in a team from which you have since been removed and the new owner deleted the board.

Thanks, but another strange thing - there are no one person in my team now (ive shared my board with my 3 colleagues before):
@Mila Yonce - Thanks for sharing the screenshot (note: for privacy concerns, I blurred out your email address).
If this is your only team and others used to be in it, unless you removed them, they could have left the team on their own.
What it possible that you were a member of another team and created the board in that team, and then a Team Admin of that team removed you from the team.
