I have a paid account and, everytime I log in to Miro, there is a pop-up asking “what’s my role”, “frequency I use Miro”, “my profile as a Miro user”, etc… I have to answer or close the pop-up to move ahead, 2 or 3 times a day… does anyone know how can I make this pop-ups stop?

Thanks for flagging this! That pop-up is part of Miro’s in-app surveys aimed at understanding how users engage with the platform — but it definitely shouldn’t be showing up multiple times a day, especially for paid users.

Here’s what you can try:

  1. Clear browser cache (or app data if using the desktop app) — sometimes outdated data can cause these prompts to repeat.

  2. Make sure cookies are enabled, as Miro uses them to remember survey responses.

  3. Try logging in from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

If it continues after that, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support directly. Include a screenshot of the pop-up and mention how often it appears — they can investigate and suppress it if needed.
