Why the idea of uploading audio files is not resolved after so many years?I sent e-mail to Miro back in 2018 about this and they told me it would be soon.There are many of us who use your site to make movies and games. This idea has 130 votes on forum, but consider that there are ideas not that useful and have many more votes.Let's take this as a serious step forwardMiro would be on a much higher level if there was an option for audio and video upload.We use your site every day, and as a film makers with this option we would speed up our work. 

I’ve filled this thing in at least 40 times, please make it stop.What do I do?

Hey Team, I’m having extreme Lag in all my Boards (small and huge). It’s at the point where it is unusable.   Boards in Browser are working fineUninstalled and reinstalled – problem still appears Newstart – problem still appears Boards an all other devices work fine Specs: Intel Mac 2019, 3GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 40GB Ram Anyone having the same issue?

Hi,As an admin of an Enterprise licence is there a way to monitor full licence usage, can we monitor last ‘edit’ of a board for example?  

I imported dozens of Jamboard boards last year. The import worked with my Education account. I haven’t been back into Miro for several months but now they seem to have disappeared. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi,I did use the “Roadmap planning” from Miro. It’s really cool, but I must have mixed something up and can’t find the proper way to export the table to CSV anymore.I did add some actions and dates to a roadmap. Then I exported to CSV. I did get a proper table with all the shown fields and the data entered.On my next try I exported only the “explanations” section but not the plan. I deleted those and left only the plan. Now it says “There is nothing to export. Please select section where it contains text” (free translation from German message).I did try:On the three dots from the Dashboard (tried to mark the proper section before) → Board→ Export → Export to CSV  Marked the section, three dots in context menu → export to CSVWithout a real export this seems to be useless for me…..This is the template: https://miro.com/templates/roadmap-planning/What is the “real” section I have to mark before the export? It seems not to be the frame….Thank you!

Hi,I’m working with roughly 200 Miro boards for a project and need to export each one as a separate PDF. Does anyone know if Miro supports batch exporting like this, or if there’s a workaround (e.g., API, automation tool, or third-party integration)?I’ve checked Miro’s export options but only see manual one-by-one exports. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I always get the error that i could share with people outside my allowed domains but i checked “share a board with people outside team with restricted domains”

Hello! I was doing a big project in Miro, and this morning the board suddenly stopped loading. The page shows a gray screen, no element is available. I went from different devices and browsers, cleared the cache, to no avail. Please help If I try to export: 

Yesterday, there were several text boxes with content on the board, but today they are completely gone.I'm absolutely sure I didn’t delete them manually, and I didn’t make any major changes that would explain their disappearance. Interestingly, only the text boxes with a specific style are missing—others with a different style are still there. The missing boxes were scattered throughout the board, which makes it impossible that I accidentally deleted them all at once.I also tried restoring a previous version of the board, but even in earlier versions the text boxes are gone now.Can you help me understand what might have happened, and whether there’s any way to recover the missing content?

Hello,I accessed Miro through MS Teams and provided a prompt to generate a user flow. Miro gave me a link to the User Flow, but when I click on it, I receive the message: "This board is no longer shared, or has been removed."I have logged in with the same username and password both inside MS Teams Miro and outside, but I still cannot see the board. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more details.  

hi!i am a little bit confused what is named a “guest” and a “member”. on the one hand there are 3 roles: visitor, guest, member, on the other hand there are 3 licenses: full member, free, free restricted. roles:*) visitor is clear. you can share a public link with anyone.*) guest: someone you invite per e-mail to your team.*) member: someone you invite per e-mail to your team. license:*) guest and member can have free, free restricted and full member license. conclusion:*) role “member” can have the “free restricted” license and therefore can`t create boards.*) role “guest” can have the “free restricted” license and therefore can`t create boards. so what is the difference between guest and member? thanks!

There is a bug with the enter key inside nodes.  

Hello.  I have a “free plan” and I am using only one board - however, last year I changed to a Starter Plan for a while which I now cancelled. Ever since I did this - and switched to “free” I can no longer edit my one and only board: As you can see I only have on board in this team (i.e. ClubCulturCH)But when I try to edit it, this pops up: Can anyone help me with this`​​​​​? Are there any “hidden boards” around I don’t know of - or does Miro simply make a mistake here?Many thanks and cheers, Bjørn​

HiIt seems a number of people have asked similar questions about this, but none have worked. I can’t seem to figure out how to open a web link to one of my boards in the desktop app. I’ve tried dragging and dropping the link into the app, but it either gives me a ‘no entry’ icon or the link is just dropped into my current board as text. I can’t seem to find any option to load it in, in the app, or in my web browser (Google Chrome).Any ideas?Thanks

Hello All,  I’m having an issue where in the flowcharts I’m writing, I draw connecting line, then I go in the next day, and those connector lines aren’t pointing to where I connected them to.  They are just straight and don’t go anywhere, so I have to go back in and connect them all.It seems random and it doesn’t do this on all flowcharts, just randomly I’ll look at one and the connector lines from some of the box’s in the flowchart move to point no where.Have any of you seen this behavior.   I have screen shots to show this behavior if you’d like to see them.Thanks!Mark

Does anyone know if I make multiple people team admins and then my email gets removed (as in fully does not exist, I am moving) if the board will remain?

Hello, everyone, is there a way where I can link an action of showing/hiding any layer by clicking a shape in mrio. Objective is to create an interactive miroboard, by putting rectangular buttons on left side and show area on right side so that when I click any button, area on right side show corresponding diagram or content organized in layers. 

I am developing educational board games for children 13-17 years old. I am creating school math courses, and trying to replace exams with games. Ceartainly it is obvious that my students doesn`t have purchased Miro, bcause they need it just for some weeks. Does it exist some feautures to give to visitors ability to roll the dice which will be seen for every player on board     

Not for the community: Please delete my Account. I am not receiving any confirmation e-mails on my hide-my-email-icloud-adress. Probably because Apple Sign in was not correctly configured by your administrators. E-Mail-Accounts from Miro, that send emails to Sign-in-with-Apple-User need to be whitelisted, or those emails will not arrive. I have seen people from 2022 having the same issue…
