Has anyone here created a Miro board or template that outlines business processes step-by-step (e.g. receiving a document, assigning a task, archiving to file server, interpreting via AI, etc.) with corresponding application/system modules assigned to each stage (e.g. FastAPI, Asana, file server, AI model)?

I'm working on a digital transformation project (for an accounting office), and I’d like to build a board that clearly shows how each process flows and which system components are responsible for which steps. The goal is to support both the development team and operations in understanding the scope and responsibilities of each module.

If anyone has something similar or is willing to share a board or their experience, I’d be very grateful!
