Hi,I wanted to ask if it’s possible to remove the password from a user account, as soon as logging in via google or slack is activated? Users which logged in via service from the beginning do not have a password. I’d like to reach this with existing basicauth users as well. Thanks a lot in advance - BR 

I am starting this post to share some information with anyone who cannot login to the Miro Community forum due to the following error message: I first noticed this the night of Tue, Jan 18, 2022, when trying to login to the Community forum from my Android 11 device using Chrome - however, someone else has noted this was not working from Windows 10 using Chrome.I believe the issue is something to do with Miro users who login using their Google Account/SSO.The fix that worked for meSharing the steps that worked for me:I went to www.miro.com  and logged out by clicking on my avatar and then Log out: I then signed back in using the Sign in with Google option. Then I went back to community.miro.com and was able to sign in using the Login action.I will create a Miro support ticket and update this post with what they tell me.If you are unable to login to the forum, please reply here to let us know (… that was a test - how can you reply if you can’t login ).

Is there a way to manage without using 1 of the 5 licenses? So we would have 5 licenses for the 5 basic end users?I was told By support.“At the moment there is no technical possibility to be an Admin without occupying any license. Even if an Admin doesn't use any Miro board”

How do I crop the “Cover” picture in my Project? I’ve resized the picture but it still looks like this.

I use MS Edge as my work platform, but work at home on Linux, using Firefox.  Any boards created in Edge will not display on the home PC in Firefox. The board is listed in the dashboard, and the screen opens, but nothing is displayed.

Anyone know if web page captures are meant to update themselves automatically when the target webpage is updated? The fact that there’s an ‘Update’ button in the contextual menu made me think not, but some just have and it’s causing me problems!I was using a Miro board to review web content and I definitely didn’t click that update button, but some of the captures have updated anyway and now the stickies and underlines and highlights no longer match up to the content  

Hello All,I have an issue with the cells resize feature.I typically use tables and a combination of different shapes. I select the cell resize MANUAL setting and I use the CTRL key to resize when necessary; however once this is done I cannot change that cell anymore (hence column and row) even if I remove the cell. I would need the flexibility of doing so.Can you help?Thanks  alot 

do not copy data to another board, although there are no restrictions on copying on the board from which I am copying

Hello,I held a workshop today and used the “Brainwriting” template. However, I added more columns and removed some rows.I created four identical layouts with 8 columns and 4 rows. Then I added frames around them to be able to hide the layouts we hadn’t worked on yet.However, when the participants joined, as soon as someone clicked in their sticky note, the whole layout greyed out and no one could write in their sticky note. Instead we had to add new sticky notes on top of the ones I had already placed there.I tried to unlock the frames with no luck.Does anyone know why? We are on the Enterprise plan.

I’ve been trying to make a copy of the Participant Onboarding Playground template for over an hour. It continues to have the error ‘something went wrong’, no matter what browser I use. Please advise! I have an education account. 

How do I prevent longer text from wrapping?This particularly annoying if you design shapes with texts consistently to a certain size and use consistently the same font size, only to realize later that the font size needs to be reduced because of the text warp.In some cases, when the words are particularly long, font size needs to be reduced by 2+ points making the text too small for the shape size. Then one one must resize all shapes, if one aims for consistent sized across the whole frame, for example. And this resizing is particularly tedious...

We have now formed a new Company wide Team, and wanted to know how we would migrate the board/s & content from Personal account to our Company Miro account? Many thanks, M.

Hello. I have a problem with board's permission on a free plan. I had 2 boards created by me and one board where I was editor. My teammate make me editor for his board. After that I lost edit opportunity for one of my own board (because on free plan I can't be an editon on 4 boards in same time). After leaving that board I still cant edit my board although I'm it's owner.What can I do to return edit permission except to buy a paid plan?

I have created wireframes for a mobile app, and now when I go back into my board all I can see are the iphone device frames - all the objects/text are there as I can select them but I just cannot see them HELP! If I put it in presentation mode then I see all the content - what has happened and how do I fix it! HELP PLEASE :-)

I have a free Miro account, and have a couple of questions: I created a board recently, but it’s nowhere to be found in my account.  Help!  There is a board that shows up on my dashboard called “My First Board” that I don’t remember creating, and I can’t delete it. I created the other boards on my dashboard, but they don’t show up as being owned by me!  I am definitely the one who created them, so why is this happening. The only one that shows up as being owned by me (“Holiday Retro”) is one that I created by duplicating one of the ones I’d already created (which don’t show up as being owned by me). Does duplicating a board in the free account create some sort of wonkiness that’s causing these things?

Is there a way to set the default note to landscape orientation? Also would be nice to set a default note size. 

Hello, is anyone else having trouble accessing their dashboard? It does now show boards and just keeps loading.

Hi! I am having a weird problem, just like the title says: when adding jira cards to my board, they load up and instantly disappear.The weird thing is that I have like 50 more cards in the same board!Is there a limit?

Hello, When i use the embed link from my miro board (https://miro.com/app/embed/o9J_lp-vQMg=/?pres=1)this embed link doesn’t show the usual presentation mode of my board frames, it just shows a blank page. up untill yesterday this functioned correctly, was there a recent upadate/bug on miro side blocking this function? GrPieter

I reported this as a bug but it wasn’t agreed to be one.   However, it is a “make it work like it did before the new voting UI” item.   I use voting on several boards and the items are locked to avoid them being accidentally changed or moved.   In previous versions of voting, that worked fine.  It no longer works as of the UI change in voting - all items must be unlocked to be able to be “selected” as part of a voting session.
