Miro board locked

Hi there. My MIRO board seems to have locked overnight. The toolbar is greyed out. I haven’t changed permissions. Nothing is moving when I click on it Can you help- this is driving me insane!

    @RobinMac79 - Can you share some screenshots? A video would be evenbetter - Loom is free to use and quite easy to share a video.
