I created a board without logging in. It is still in the 7-day period in which I can download it if I sign up, however, whenever I try to sign up to unlock it, I get the sign up page, sign up or in and then I get re-directed back to the sign up to unlock the board tab

If you are unable to sign up for a paid subscription, you will not have access.to the support form from your dashboard or from within a board.
