Miro diagram feature destroyed my board, how to revert it back?

Hey everyone,I hope you’re all doing well!I’m posting here because my company and I are looking to purchase enterprise accounts for Miro. We’ve already submitted four requests over the past 15 days, but unfortunately, we haven’t received any response.It seems like the sales team is currently too busy.Does anyone know if there’s a way to directly get in touch with someone at Miro to purchase at least 5 enterprise accounts?Thanks in advance! 

I drag and dropped a bunch of pictures on my board and placed them inside a frame. This morning when I opened my board again some of the images were missing (there were approximately 5 pictures, 3 of them are gone).I have no idea where all the work went, I am on the free plan.

Line grid not displayed on the frame when exporting to a pdf file, what should I do?

Hey,I’m a member of a number of Teams. I’ve noticed recently that when I open up Miro (web, via SSO), it defaults to a certain Team. Unfortunately it’s not my main Team. I can’t work out how to change the ‘default’ Team? I’ve tried resetting cookies, and also logging out from my desired team in case there’s a “last accessed” setting, but it’s still defaulting to the wrong team.Any ideas?Thanks!David

Hello! The new doc function (Beta) seems very handy. But is there a way to export / copy the formatted text to another text editor? With copy-paste the formatting ist lost. CSV export seems the only option – but this is not what I’m looking for.

I find interesting problem. I can select similar objects in board and add its to new layer.When i move one objects of this layer, all is okBut when i move some, its return to default layer.Move 1: Layer not change Move​ more than 1: red cube return to default layer  

Some PDFs and JPEGs which are 300 or sometimes 600px resolution that I upload are blurry at any magnification. What to do? : )

I’ve imported my powerpoint slides into MIRO, but I also want to add the speaking notes to my board so that collaborators can see the voiceover narrative description that would accompany the visual slides.  Thanks

I have, due to separation of job, consulting mandates and other projects, worked with different email addresses (different accounts) for using miro.Last summer I have created 2 large boards for myself which I haven’t used since then. Now I struggle to open them again. I am not sure which account this was about and the boards are not shown in miro anymore.I managed to retrieve the links to those 2 boards but when trying to access them the message is that I am not the owner (with that account). So, I request access and get the massage “Request has been sent” but on none of my email accounts I get this request message. How can this happen? Where are these requests being sent to? How can I claim ownership and open my boards again?

The new feature “Diagram” which was suggested to me, to which I respond affirmatively, deleted almost all my content on the board. Wires were eliminated, text was removed, boxes deleted. Not everything, but like 40-50%.The whole canvas look strange and the icon for Diagram shows but it is in the canvas mode. It´s really important work that now seams to be lost. It doesn´t help to choose an older version in the History panel.

Hey everyone,I recently encountered a frustrating situation with Miro, and I could really use some advice on how to handle it.A few days ago, I noticed a charge of $384 USD on my account for a Miro subscription renewal that I did not authorize or expect. I wasn’t notified about the upcoming charge, and it came as a complete surprise. As you can imagine, seeing such a significant amount deducted without my consent was quite alarming.I immediately reached out to Miro’s support team, demanding an urgent refund and cancellation of this unwanted subscription. It’s been two days now, and I haven’t received any response from them.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Miro or any other service? How did you handle it, and what was the outcome? Hello  i’m having issues with one of my users accessing the Miro app on a 9th Generation iPad running iPadOS 18.6.  We are getting an error that says App Initiation Failure: Can't Find Variable: Broadcast Channel after logging in to the App.    we’ve wiped / updated the iPad  reinstalled the most recent version of the AppPlease advise mark 

Coming from an AutoCAD background, layers are a GREAT addition.  The issue is that they dont work very well yet.  I have a few issues with using layers over the last 24 hours. I’ve had objects randomly (seemingly anyway) change layers.  I put them on the “network” layer, go do some other work then turn that layer off and the objects are back on the default layer.  I have triple checked that the things are set to the “network” layer and later they have moved.  they are not part of a group and I am sure that I am not accidentally picking them with another object. Second issue is that objects on layers dont seem to understand the frame that they are in.  I added things to the network layer and then go to move the frame but the objects on that layer do not move with the frame.  I have triple checked that they are within the frame, I have moved them out of the frame then back in.

I’m on a free plan, was adding content to the board. I had 3 boards already and then i’ve tried to creare a duplicate on one of boards i was working on. And then all content from my board disappered. The worst thing is board history is also erased. Please help me to restore it. I’ve upgraded to paid plan, but there’s still no content nor in original board, nor in duplicate. Help.
