I have two linked, parallel challenges:
- I have been granted the educational plan on this email address. Because I needed to work urgently, minutes before I received the email about educational plan being approved, I clicked on the free plan.
- I ultimately have one educational email address. however, there are two ‘addresses’ that both link to the one master address. (one is just letters; the other has my name in it).
Now, I have two accounts - both email addresses however link to the same email address - but no educational plan (on either of them - despite being approved).
Request: Is it possible to merge the accounts into one - and ensure that the educational plan applies?
