Educational Plan - two emails - wires crossed

I have two linked, parallel challenges:

  1. I have been granted the educational plan on this email address. Because I needed to work urgently, minutes before I received the email about educational plan being approved, I clicked on the free plan.
  2. I ultimately have one educational email address. however, there are two ‘addresses’ that both link to the one master address. (one is just letters; the other has my name in it).

Now, I have two accounts - both email addresses however link to the same email address - but no educational plan (on either of them - despite being approved).

Request: Is it possible to merge the accounts into one - and ensure that the educational plan applies?

Thanks

Hi @Ales Cap thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like you now have two accounts linked to the same master email:

  • One account was created when you clicked on the Free plan

  • The other is associated with your approved Educational Plan

Because both accounts share the same underlying email, the system may not have automatically applied the educational plan to either account.

In that case, I have this converted to a support ticket so the team can further check on the bckend what happens and provide you with accurate steps on how to resolve this.
