I tested in Windows 11, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and desktop app — it was present in all scenarios.
How are you access Miro when it happens?
BTW, if you are using a paid subscription of Miro, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

Thanks for reporting this. Just to make sure we’re looking at the right issue — could you confirm which drawing tool you’re using when the thickness slider doesn’t appear? (Pen, highlighter, or shape drawing?)
If possible, please also share a screenshot of what you see when the tool is selected. That will help us understand whether it’s a UI glitch or something else.
