Hi AllWhen I opened Miro on the app on my ipad the other day I got a message saying there had been a leak or hack of miro passwords. I ignored the link I was given to change my password. I now can’t find any mention of this elsewhere. Anyone else had a similar notification? Is it an issue with my ipad?? CheersMike

This is how all my pdf downloads (generated as vector files) look like today:I have seen this before when PDF pages were not “in focus”, but today they are focused on. I went through the frames one by one bringing them into focus, but I still get all my frames as these icons on the printout.

Hi, We have an event scheduled for this Saturday in Hopin and we want 14 moderators (temporary, for an event) to have access to the same board in 14 different sessions. Who will each share this board with 8 other people (can be used anonymously). I would like their access (moderators) to be very simple for this activity, also that they find their frame quickly (I know you can copy the frame’s link but in Hopin it is the board that opens if I'm not mistaken). Do the occasionnal moderators have to create an account for Hopin’s purpose? In Hopin when you want to share a Miro you have to login to your account...So I guess the ''editor'' feature ''normal'' is not really useful in my case. Should I take the Business plan? And if so do I have to have day passes? What would be the best solution, easier to manage?Thank you!

We have a requirement to tirgger an event on updating the Miro board. Is there any option to add custom event which should trigger on updating the Miro board?  

Before I used to create new object and when I am dragging the ne object it will show me some assisting gridline so I can align the objects better with the existing one. Where can I activate this function again? 

Hello :) we use the Miro-Board as a tool to collect ideas, feedback and comments as part of our online-workshop. Usually, we send the link at the beginning of the online-workshop and 80% of our participants are able to join the board by clicking on the link. But some of the participants are not able to access the board. They are told to create a user account and provide a code/password. Does somebody know, why it happens to some of our participants? We tried different browsers but it did not make a difference for them! Is there anything we need to change in order to make the board accessible every single participant?Thank you very much for your help!  Best,Jeannine & Helena

Hi!  I need #HELP #ASAP. Please contact me!!! We recently let go the person who set up our corporate MIRO account and now we are having serious problems figuring out exactly what was paid for, how to de reduce our membership AND why we continue to be billed MONTHLY (since he technically joined with an ANNUAL PAYMENT).  In anycase, today trying to switch our account to annual invoicing, I ended upgrading our membership (10 members), when we only need 3, máximum 4. When I realized my mistake I tried to go back and was unable to do it. I will not allow me to switch back from annual invoicing to regular monthly payment. I would like to chat with customer service ASAP.

Hello, I am new to Miro and am trying to use as a ‘pin up board’ for my interior design clients. I uploaded a multi-page PDF and am able to edit and use the tools to add markups and additional content, however those edits repeat on every page. Is there a way to turn this off so that each page has its own unique markups and uploads?  Thanks!

I just discovered Miro and am very excited about it’s amazing functionality but a NEWBIE so sorry for the basic questions - watched a few videos but am still unsure on a few things ...I’m wondering if this is possible … I want to be able to do all the below 5 things with my PURCHASED  Miro Consultant Package without paying ANY additional fees.  Is this possible?Be able to invite people from other companies to participate in a Miro board I will create.​​​​​​ I want to be able to see their mice move when they work. I want them to be able to add sticky notes, vote, comment, etc. I don't want them to be able to copy elements from the board and save them.  (I want to control what parts of the board I send them.  I see that I can do this, great feature) Is all the above possible without being charged more?Misc additional questions:If I draw a curvy line, can I delete a “control point” on it?  (I see how to add them but not delete them) Can frames work within other frames? Is there any point

Is it possible to add frames to a mindmap after the mindmap has been created? Have done it using frames before content is added, but now I see that it would help to have frames so I can nicely export it.

Hi. After updating the Miro app on macOS I don’t have a button for hiding board change highlights, one that previously was at the bottom of the screen. If I go into the Activity list there’s not a button for hiding change highlights there either. If I quit the Miro app and go into the board again there’s still change highlights there. What can I do? This is considerably taxing having to work with the change highlights on. Thanks, regards / W

Hello, a co-worker shared his board with me in edit mode but I can't see it in our team or in the application but I can edit it by clicking on the link provided on a web page. I would like to share this board via Hopin integration hence the need to have the board in our team. Is it possible to have this board in my team interface? Thanks for your advice.

How do you make edits to a voting session you saved for later? Situation:I created a voting session, and saved it to “vote later”. Then I decided I wanted to increase the number of votes each person could have, so I went to Voting / Upcoming and clicked the name of my session, opening the “Edit voting” sidebar.But when I make changes like increasing the number of votes, the “Save to vote later” button remains greyed out and nothing happens when I click it. I tried changing multiple things in the voting set up (number of votes, voting area, etc.,) and the Save button is still inactive. 

So, not sure if others are having a similar issue, but on the desktop app, it will identify a spelling error but not le me right click and select the correct spelling from a contextual menu, like I can on the browser version.Is anyone else noticing this? Is it a a bug or something that was just missed?Thank you in advance!  

I see in the recent upgrade notes that spell-check was added to Miro, which is great and it is highlighting the mis-spelled words.  However, I cannot figure out how to get the suggested word spellings to display? In most applications you use the contextual mouse button, but that does not work.  I also tried hovering with, but no suggestions.  Is there a hot-key that needs to be used?Anyone else have this issue?

Hi, during video chat my microphone and camera are installed correctly. Out of the blue, my microphone switches off automatically, so I need to turn it on again… Anyone else experienced this? Also my participants sometimes just get kicked out of the video chat or need to refresh and join again… 

MIRO SCAPE ROOMIN ORDER TO USE MIRO AS ESCAPE ROOM  I THINK IT WILL BE VERY USEFUL THE POSSIBILITY OF AN USER/STUDENT CAN OPEN A HIDDEN FRAME (NEXT ROOM) WHIT A PASS CODE PROVIDED BY THE PROFESSOR.THE IDEA IS CREATE A CANVAS SCAPE ROOM  WITH FRAMES AS ROOMSIT IS POSSIBLE IN THE SHORT TIME??? PERE

Curious if anyone has successfully made an app in Miro to expand on what’s currently possible with dates (which is not a lot.)

We cannot detect who is in Team admin role when we search users in “Active users” page.“Role” shows only “members” even we search Team admin people in “Active users”.

We are undertaking a project to rename our Atlassian instance to reflect our new company nameExample “oldname.atlassian.net” will become “newname.atlassian.net”.I have already contacted Atlassian to get advice and support for this but they have advised that Miro for Confluence Cloud is “not compatible yet for site rename”.My question is what happens to Miro and its content if our instance is renamed? Is it possible or will I lose data?  Is there any preventative steps I will need to take before, etc.Any advice gratefully received.For info there’s a few which have the same issue so I am casting around the Apps supplies for help.  Thanks.
