Miro site not loading

Miro site not loading (stuck with logo screen). I’m using macbook air m1 and last verion of google chrome. What’s intresting in case when I choose throttling (fast 4g internet simulation) it works, unfortunatelly it’s impossible to use this hack. Does someone see something similar and fix it?

Why are other users' boards taking up my three editable boards limit?

I’m still using the free version, which allows three editable boards at a time. I shared a board with a fellow teacher so that she could see how I use Miro with my English classes. She really liked the website, she she decided to create her own boards for her classes. However, when she created two of her own boards for her own classes, they showed up in my “Team” and locked the boards I’ve been using with my students. The free version of the site allows 3 editable boards at a time per user, right? So how can both of us have three editable boards each, as opposed to the two of us needing to share that limit?

This feature request aims to achieve better integration abilities. There is an already existing feature called embed, allowing to embed miro editable boards or frames into a third party tool. However, this features fails to answer a very important use case.In order for miro boards to be easily usable within information tools such as notion, jira, gitlab, you name it, we should be able to embed an directly.The image export feature could back us up, but as it exports a static image, it does not meet the reality of project management, where we constantly adjust our architectures / mind maps / release plans / strategies… What would be a good feature would be to export a frame to dynamic image link.We would obtain an url, which when accessed would display an image of the latest state of the frame.This way, we could integrate miro within our information systems. A neat addition is to be able to detect when the image is open in a new tab and then to redirect to the editor to the corresponding

Custom shapes / polygons / polylines (Similar to functions in Powerpoint or Bluebeam)Open

Having the ability to draw custom shapes and change both their outline line type and fills would be incredible. Currently this is a major feature lacking for drawing/sketch/annotating. The feature would be similar to a “polyline” or “polygon” tool in other software, where you can add/remove points to create custom shapes, closed curves, etc.

Export to PDF - Best Quality - Does not work

Hello everyone, I want to export a Board to a PDF, but it does not let me. As soon as I click on “Export PDF” - “Best Quality” it loads shortly, but nothing happens. If I choose “Small file size” - it works, but the quality is to bad to be used. I tried a different board - It does not let me. Which is odd, because I did export the board before with best Quality and it worked like a charm. Can you help me here? Cheers, Andi

I would love to see a feature where tags can be pre-assigned to specific Sticky Note stacks. This way, whenever a Sticky Note is pulled from stack X, it automatically receives tag X.

Função expandir cartão não abre

Bom dia. Estou com dificuldade após uns meses de uso. Na conta Administrador do board, não estou conseguindo expandir os cards para visualizar o conteúdo que adicionei. quando clica em expandir, parece que vai abrir o card mas não abre. Adicionei uma nova conta e com ela o card e expandido normalmente. Alguém já passou por isso?

RANDOM ZOOMING

Using Miro app and in chrome on my mac. When I log in, the automatically zooms to 400%. When I zoom out.. the minute i let go of the mouse.. it zooms back in.. Have tried switching navigation from mouse to track pad - no luckHave checked if any of my keys are stuck - no luck

Issue with Table Editing

Hi everyone, I'm currently experiencing an issue with table editing in Miro. I can’t click on, delete, or merge columns in a table. Sometimes it works briefly, but then stops again. Everything was working fine last week, so this issue has only started recently. Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve the issue: Opened in Incognito mode Created a new Miro board Logged out and back in Tried a different browser (I’m using Chrome on Windows 12) Tested on a Mac – same issue Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem. I have a GIF that illustrates the issue more clearly. Can anyone help or is anyone experiencing the same problem? Thanks a lot!

How to merge two accounts on a Free Plan?

Dear Miro Community, I am experiencing an issue accessing my Miro content after the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) with our company domain. Previously, I registered my Miro account using my xxx@yyy.de email, where I created and owned multiple boards. However, with SSO now enforcing the xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com domain, I am automatically logged into an account under xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com, where I only have viewer access to my previously owned content. I am unable to edit or manage the boards that I originally created with my xxx@yyy.de account. Both my Accounts are on a Free Plan. Could you please assist with one of the following solutions? 1. Merge my two accounts (xxx@yyy.de and xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com) so that I retain full access and ownership.2. Transfer ownership of my existing boards from my xxx@yyy.de account to my xxx.mmm@kkk-ddd.com account.3. Provide an alternative workaround to regain editing rights.I would appreciate your guidance on the best way to resolve this issue as soon

Fields other than "storypoint" not showing on miro when using azure cards

In the PI planning, we are facing lots of difficulties in case of showcasing efforts or storypoints on the Miro board. As the Miro board azure cards extension used for azure devops integration just supports certain fields and in which only for estimation/calculating/tracking efforts only “Story Points” is the field which can be used to reflect it on the Miro boards. If a work item in azure devops has “Story Points” as a field name, then it works fine and showcases that number on the Miro board but if the field is other than “Story Points” like “effort” or ”storypoint estimation” or for that matter any other field to measure the work, it does not work that is it does not show up on the miro board. It is really a pain while doing a PI planning, as in azure devops we make use of multiple templates which use different fields to measure the work based on the needs of our projects. So, its really becomes a cumbersome task while we do our PI planning as the “Story Points” like fields do not s

Not able to copy-paste in the same board

Hi! For a while now, Miro hasn't allowed me to copy and paste (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V or using the right-click menu) within my boards. I have a free license, so I know I can't copy elements from one board to another, but these are simple actions like copying a sticky note or an annotation within a dashboard and pasting it right next to it. I keep getting the error "Copying from a previous source board is not allowed," but it's the same board!! Is anyone else experiencing this?

Can't copy/paste in same board anymore

Hi, I can’t copy/paste items in one of my boards anymore, which I could do before. If I try to paste anything I get the following message: “Copying not allowed from previous source board”. I’m not the owner, but editor of the board and my colleagues, who also are editors still can copy/paste. I don’t have that problem with my other boards in which I’m editor. Does anybody have a solution for this? Thanks!

Deleted users maintained with Miro

Miro seems to maintain all our old employees and associates accounts on their system even though we delete them from our company account. This is an issue for security and clarity in offboarding people. If they used their email and a password to access their account, rather than single sign in/OAuth using Google, they would still have access and not be locked out. Although we will not be paying for them at that point as they are not part of our team account, it is still an issue that they are using the service under our domain. Can anyone help here?

Jira Cards "Team" field support

Hey there I am desperately trying to get Jira working in Miro, but I can’t find a way to get the “Team” field in Miro We are using the “Teams” feature of Jira/Atlassian (see image) to separate our product into Areas, so I need to have the team field set to get the work distributed to a specific Team. When I try to create/edit a new Jira Item from Miro, the “Team” field is simply missing, and I can’t figure out why. All other fields are there and customizable. I also checked the Jira Screen config and it does not change a thing. Is it maybe not supoorted? I didn’t find a topic about this anywhere.

Timeline SuggestionsOpen

Hi there, I know you are still working on the timeline as you launched a beta version so far. Here are a few suggestions as part of my usecase which may contribute to its further development. I will also post a photo of how I am currently using a self-made timeline in Miro. 1. My team and I are working on different projects simultaneously, therefore it is of main importance to me to list all ongoing projects rather than clustering by user story, feature etc. Each project has a different color, which is portrayed by the legend on the left. When using the timeline provided by Miro I can make use of the “group” option to display the different projects and use the colors provided. For each group I will use one color only rather than mixing them. As Miro only offers a choice of six different colors, it is not sufficient for me - as you can see I need about eight different colors. 2. Within my self-made timeline I am using the option to change the transparency of the color in order to create

My board but no access

I have, due to separation of job, consulting mandates and other projects, worked with different email addresses (different accounts) for using miro. Last summer I have created 2 large boards for myself which I haven’t used since then. Now I struggle to open them again. I am not sure which account this was about and the boards are not shown in miro anymore. I managed to retrieve the links to those 2 boards but when trying to access them the message is that I am not the owner (with that account). So, I request access and get the massage “Request has been sent” but on none of my email accounts I get this request message. How can this happen? Where are these requests being sent to? How can I claim ownership and open my boards again?
