Zoom level when embedded in a Zoom meeting is way to "fast"

The zoom level for each click of my scroll wheel is wildly different when in my normal experience using Miro in web browser vs embedded in Zoom app.Is there a way to fix this that anyone knows about?

Link frames between boardsOpen

It would be nice to have a feature where Frames could be linked between boards.For example our company has different product teams each with their own boards while we work through ideas and capture detailed information.  For big presentations we create a combined board with the final designs from all teams.  To do that we copy over some of the frames on the individual team boards to the combined presentation board. After the presentation there are usually followup board edits, so then we have to make the updates in 2 boards, on the individual team boards as well as the combined presentation board.  It would be nice if we could make the update to a frame in one board, and it would automatically make the update in the linked frame on another board, to make everything more efficient and accurate.

[KNOWN BUG] Power BI integration not working

Hi,trying to use the Power BI integration but I get an error message when pasting the URL saying: “current URL does not lead to embeddable partner content, try a different URL”On the other side, when trying to do it via iframe, it works.Anything  help?Thanks!

Best way to create a frame for each page of an uploaded PDF (newbie)

Hello all!  I’m a test-prep tutor, and I often need to annotate on, and to the sides of, pages of pdf test booklets which the clients then need to be able to save/export and/or print.  I’ll include a pic at the end to illustrate, but what I need is for each page of the uploaded document to get its own frame that:has the relative proportions of a Letter-sized page in Landscape orientation (see image) is centered on the given page of the pdf documentSo far, I’ve successfully learned to:import the pdf file and extract all of its pages onto the board get the pages lined up in a single, vertical column add a frame that includes just one page of the documentHere’s what I don’t have figured out:How to make the frame have exactly the proportions I need? How to ensure the frame and document page are centered on each other...without ruining the vertical alignment of the document pages? How to do the above, and make sure the frames and pages are all Locked, for another 50-70 pages...sensibly? (bo

Automatic same size frames around imported "slides"

At the moment, I import a PowerPoint file, extract all pages and then manually have to create a frame around each page and size each one individually. Is there a short cut way that if I can do this to the first extracted page and then just apply this size frame to all others?

I would like to bring in PPTX and PDF documents into Miro and then use Miro’s collaboration tools for presentations and gaining feedback.  Some of these documents can get quite large (many pages).I love the ability to extract pages from imported documents, but it would be awesome if Miro would automatically create a frame around each extracted page and group the frame and page together.This would provide near-instant ability to present the imported content.It would drive an easy use case to import and begin to leverage Miro for traditional PowerPoint users.It would increase Miro’s user base inside major corporations locked into the PowerPoint ecosystem.

Workshop participants accidentally copied and pasted frames: How to prevent or rapidly fix?

I thought I was totally prepared for my first workshop facilitation, after getting tips and tricks from users here.  But pretty quickly, during the new user onboarding, someone who was trying to copy and paste stickies copied and pasted a whole (LOCKED) frame. Multiple times. It felt like anarchy. Continuing to facilitate with frustrated, embarrassed new users (don’t know who messed it up) while also cleaning up the board threw me off my game and took the wind out of the session. What did I do wrong or what could I do differently? I am gun shy about going back for round 2 (with some of the same participants).

Text Disappearing on cards on my board

The text on my cards seems to disappear and is not showing. When I click onto the card, the text reappears but will disappear again when I hover away from the card.Is there a fix for this?

Move spaces between Teams.Open

Hello Miro Team,As it stands now, it's not possible to move spaces between teams, it's only possible to move specific boards. If you're always looking for ways to improve, i absolutely believe that my idea concerning moving spaces between teams could become a great addition to Miro!

**Efficiently Retrieving PDF Attachment Binaries from a Miro Board via API**

Hello, community!I have a question regarding attachments on a Miro board.I’m currently working with a board where I used the upload feature to add a PDF file. My goal is to retrieve the binary data of the PDF through the API, but the process seems a bit complex:First, I send a request to https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/items to retrieve the item ID for the PDF document. Then, I use this ID in another call to https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/documents/{item_id}. From this response, I extract the "documentUrl", which looks something like https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/uXjVOfjkmAk=/resources/98765467890987654?redirect=false. I make a request to this documentUrl and get another "url" property with a link to the PDF file, containing an Expires timestamp and signature.Finally, I use this last URL to make a request and download the actual binary file.I'm wondering if there’s a more efficient way to directly fetch the binary without going through multiple steps. Any insights

I had chosen the Business Plan free trial and now I am trying to end the subscription overall. I do not want any plans, I just want the free plan. But I cannot find anyway to do that. Can someone please guide me.

Duplicate frames without altering the frame titleDuplicate Idea (closed)

According to the docs the frames are meant for adding structure:Add structure to the content on your board with frames.So that is what I do. As it often occurs, once you start structuring objects, you find a pattern and you find yourself in need to repeat that same pattern over and over. However, currently when I try to copy/paste or duplicate frames, their names get all messed up by prepending “Copy of ...” text. It is then quite time consuming to alter frame titles to remove the “Copy of ...”. Please add option to duplicate frames as-is without altering them or their content in any way.

Please stop automatically adding “Copy of” every time a Frame is duplicated!This defeats the purpose of copying a Frame as you have to go in and delete the added content!

Order of frames reorganizes itself automatically

Hi to all the miro heros out there!Has anyone had the same issue or an idea what I could do better? I created several frames in a board that has additional content besides the frames. The visual order of the frames is not the same as i want them to ordered while being in presentation mode. I manually reorganized the frames for my needs, but every time I open the board again the order isn’t the same anymore. Is there a way to fix the order or what am I doing wrong? Or in other words is there a logic behind the automatic order of frames in relation to creation time or location of frames in the board? Thx a lot for you ideas,Simon

Ask:Provide a way for Org admins to customize the language in the emails sent from Miro to a new user when invited to a company/team Situation:New users receiving a Miro invite are sometimes confused on how to sign into Miro for their first time. this is Especially apparent when SSO without SCIM is integrated. Background:We have recently implemented SSO and managed domains in our instance of Miro. However, we do not have SCIM provisioning connected at this time. From our communications with our Miro representative, the correct onboarding steps to follow for non-SCIM SSO integrated instances are as follows:- Add user to SSO group- Once SSO group is added, our admins send an invite from Miro, one of 2 ways:-- go into company settings > invitations and send invite-- send invite from within an existing team- User accepts invite via email and logs in with SSO credentialsBut, when I do send an invite to a new user through Miro they are directed to a landing page, where logging in with SSO
