Hello Miro Team,We are documenting organizational processes in Miro, structured by department teams and spaces.In some cases, the same process is applicable to multiple departments,Our question is:What is the recommended way to document such cross-department processes in Miro? Should the same process be duplicated into multiple department spaces? Or What is the industry practise? Also, there is another problem in it. Imagine if you tell me some solution for it. If suppose that process will be updating,There will be version changes there. So your solution will be also tackle the version changing. We’d like to align our structure with Miro’s recommended usage patterns.Thank you.

Hi there, I have a query as me and my team seemed to have lost access to a board and also have issues with trying to log back into the account. It has been a while since we accessed this account and we're wondering is there anything we can do so we can get back into the account and see the boards we have there as we don't want to lose the content that exists within the account. Does anyone know what would be the best next steps? We have a free account and I believe tickets support can only be submitted if you have a paid team account. Will we be able to get the support needed if we switch to a paid plan?Thanks a lot for your help!

Hello Miro Support Team,I need clarity on how guest access and license consumption works in Miro, specifically around edit permissions.Scenario: I invite an internal organization member using their email ID. This is their first time accessing Miro in our team. While sharing a board or space, I directly assign Can edit permission. In some cases, this works without immediately consuming a paid license or prompting for an upgrade. Questions I need clarified: Does granting Can edit access to a guest user always count as an editor seat, even if no immediate charge or seat assignment is shown? Is there a temporary or free editor allowance (trial, grace period, or limited free editors) that explains why edit access sometimes works without cost? At what exact point does Miro enforce license consumption for editors? Number of editors? Type of plan? Trial or grace-period conditions? Hello,We used to have a miro admin who left the company. Now I’m the admin. When trying to delete the user of the previous admin (who is not admin anymore) I’m getting an error saying that I need to have another admin instead. We currently have 2 other company admins set.How can I delete the old user and release the license?

I have created a miro board with quite a few different tables and have been structing the rows whereby some rows have child sub rows. I was able to expand and collapse the parent row to show/hide the child sub rows, however I am now no longer able to do so and don’t know why. My child sub rows are also no longer appearing underneath their parent rows so my table rows look messed up.If I right click on a row I also used to be able to select an option to add a sub/child row but i no longer have the option now?If I select the ‘Hide Fields’ button on my table and select to show the Parent and Child (rather than hide them), my child rows are indicated correctly but are just not appearing structured as they used to i.e. they are not shown under the parent field correctly.Is anyone able to please help ! Many thanks

Every time I open or refresh my board, AI Sidekick immediately launches itself and starts creating tables on its own without me doing anything. Every single time. It’s extremely annoying and genuinely risky when I’m presenting to clients. How is this even happening? Why is AI being forced on users without consent and without any option to disable it? This is unacceptable.

I am attempting to test a simple Web SDK 2.0 app that listens for changes to rectangles and makes calls to a REST API.  I cannot get the app to appear on the Tools, Media and Integrations menu.ATTEMPT #1:I figured that, since I did not create any UI elements, I did not need anything as heavyweight as Vite.  So I just wrote index.js with my code, wrote a simple index.html (that loaded miro.js in <head> and index.js in <body>) and served up index.html as a static from an Express server.  After a couple days of struggling, I reverted to …ATTEMPT #2:Fine, I’ll carry the overhead of Vite.  I used create_miro_app to create a template Vanilla JS app, and I overwrote the sample index.js with my own.  The only other change that I made was switching the port in vite.config.js from 3000 and 3001.  My app still does not appear under Tools, Media and Integrations.  What could be missing?

I am a Ukrainian user currently using Miro and I wanted to ask about a possible free or special subscription for Ukrainians.I have seen some information online and from other users that Miro previously offered free or extended plans for Ukrainian users. I would like to kindly ask whether such a program still exists or if there are any special conditions or discounts currently available for Ukrainian users.I would really appreciate any clarification or guidance on this matter.

Dear Miro Team, My name is Marianna and I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I am teaching students remotely and the Miro board is a unique tool for this purpose. It not only provides an opportunity to engage interactive tools, use versatile visuals for better explanation, but also enables effective teaching and learning under any circumstances. I've learned that Ukrainian citizens may be eligible for free access to Miro's subscription plans. I've been using a free plan for a while now and would appreciate any guidance on how to change to an upgraded version, so it will be possible to involve more students into working on the same board simultaneously.Thank you in advance for any further assistance you can provide and for this extremely beneficial initiative for Ukrainian educators. Hi, on my board we use a table to house a backlog which makes up the roadmap for our product dev team. it is made up of Epic’s and features. Usually we can set the feature as a sub record of the Epic and it nests under this until you use the drop down to show it. That feature seems to has disappeared so we now just have a long list of items. Can you help tell me why?
