Hi @TatyanaSytsevich,
It sounds like Miro is having trouble loading under normal network conditions, but it works when using network throttling. A few things you can try to resolve this:
-
Clear Cache & Cookies: Go to Chrome settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data, and clear cache and cookies.
-
Disable Extensions: Some browser extensions (especially ad blockers or VPNs) may interfere with Miro. Try disabling them and reloading the site.
-
Check Network Settings: If you’re on a work or school network, certain firewall settings might be affecting Miro. You can try switching to a different network or using a VPN to see if it makes a difference.
-
Try a Different Browser: Since you’re using Chrome, test in Safari or another browser to see if the issue persists.
-
Reset Chrome Flags: Type chrome://flags/
in the address bar and reset any modified settings to default.
If none of these help, you may want to contact Miro Support for further troubleshooting.
Let us know if any of these steps work for you!
