Why is impossible to contact support or turn off auto renew? I had a free trial that said “free plan” so There was nothing to cancel. I emailed and submitted to customer service and was still charged. Wtf. Do I need to contact the BBB?

Same as other Mind Map tool like MindMeister, MindManager, XMind and Freemind, I would like Miro to allow import their format. Basically, I use another mindmap tools because of rich UI. And my company only allow us to use Miro. Then, I would like to export mindmap data from mindmeister and import it by Miro.The best way is to improve UX in Miro. But I think it is not that easy. Then, I would like to accept the format. 

Greetings,I have some complex and very big mind maps I want to import into Miro (otherwise Miro is pretty limited so far for me, if I can’t to import my old works).Is it possible to import such mind maps?I use MindNode, so I’m allowed to export to Markdown, text, OPML, csv (among the usual formats).Any workaround to suggest?TNX!

I can’t raise a support ticket because I’m not able to login. I’ve had to make a new account with an email alias to be able to login here to post in the community support…When I try to login normally I get "Something went wrong". If I look at the response to the auth request in the Chrome dev tag the response is{ "error": { "message": "User was blocked due to the following reason: user deleted due to GDPR compliance", "reason": "deletedDueToGdpr", "code": 403 }}I have definitely not made any GDPR requests to have my information removed. I have recieved no emails from Miro saying that any such request has been made.My account was the admin account for our company boards. Other users can still access the boards, but now we can’t manage them. Can anyone at Miro provide support on this issue? 

Hi all, So from what I understand it’s possible to embed a Miro board into a website. What I would like to know is, is it possible to, after embedding the board, to have it be edited live by visitors who access the website? And to be able to do this multiple times?

How do I edit text size and boldness if it’s not pre-set in the template? I am using the established Dotted Line Org Chart template. I’ve made the top line the title which automatically bolds it. For the line underneath (the name), I want to bold it as well so that it’s equivalent to the title line. Would you please let me know how to edit the text format of that second line?

With the new Miro version I cant find the “search” tool anymore, so I cant not find the post-it based on tags. What am I missing? How to do that now?

Hi all,I’m having an issue with my process map all the process actors in my process diagram have shifted out of place and are no longer aligned with their swim lanes. I didn’t move them intentionally and can’t figure out how to restore them. I have tried to go back on the activity history and restore but it’s the same issue still.Has anyone experienced this before or know how to quickly realign the actors?Thanks!

Currently, the duplicate button is no longer present on the context menu when I select an object.  How do I edit the context menu to restore this button?  I am not interested in work arounds or other methods, I want to restore what was there.  I have already cleared my browser cache and verified the sharing settings (I’m the board owner).  Yesterday the duplicate function was on the context menu, today it is not. I built a Miro integration leveraging the V2 api which no longer works as it did. I’ve been exploring the API docs and I think perhaps something has changed, in terms of the v2 endpoints used for building a picker flow are now constrained to Enterprise plans only - is that correct? Is it also correct that despite being documented, the V1 endpoints no longer work / exist? I’m following https://developers.miro.com/docs/rest-api-reference-guide#boards and when I access a V1 endpoint I get 404 and the docs return an error page.  Trying to make sense of where the platform features are at and how I can make use of them.

Hi,  Today I lost some of the data I had entered on a roadmap, Timeline view. First thing I noticed was that the start and finish dates of the timeframe were changed, when I fixed the dates I realised all the milestones (i.e. the vertical lines) are missing. How can I get them back?

Now when I zoom into project (when editing) by using mouse wheel I get jump between 51% and 143%, this makes it unusable. I need to zoom with more steps in between the 51 and 143 percent. How to configure these steps of zoom?

Hi, I know we can export Miro Grid to an excel file, but I can’t export a Miro table to Excel format. Is there a way to do this?

Would be great:  Making Cluster one of the artifacts available for vote filtering.Would be really, really, great: Users do not vote for individual items within a cluster, they vote for the cluster itself.

As the title says, I have one single board in Miro, I used a paid plan for a while but reverted back to free as I didn’t need all these features.Now that only board is locked in view only, and I am prompted (with a little blue ribbon on top) to upgrade back to a paid plan to access the board again.I thought I could still have up to three boards in the free plan? 

Dear Miro Team, I use Miro for all my projects. I recently completed my PhD at the university, where I had been using the email address for my Miro Educational (student) account. I am now employed at another university, and my former email address was deleted, resulting in my Miro account being degraded. My working boards are locked, so I can't even transfer the backup to the new account (the one I am using now to make this post).  I am really scared of losing my data. Hi all,It looks like that the feature where one can import a visio drawing is well hidden. It requires you to go into a board and by importing it opens a new board.Before this, I believe it was introduced in the higher level. Since it requires a new board, it is not efficient to put it into another board.

I’m an editor on a Miro board but unable to delete comments.The board is a duplicate, but contains past comments that are no longer applicable.I’ve gone to the … (3 dots) to access the function but the option isn’t available.Can only the owner do this?Is it because the board is a duplicate?Could it be restricted due to this being a corporate account? 

I cant even open any Miro board in my account. Always happen to get this message. Please help me. Thank you.
