Hello,I’m a user from Ukraine and I’d like to ask if Miro currently offers any free plans, extended trials, or special discounts for Ukrainian users or educators.I couldn’t find up-to-date information on this, so I would really appreciate an official clarification.Thank you in advance!

How long time does it take to get confirmed your student user?

I can’t use any of my boards on any device… There’s definitely no problem with my internet connection but i just can’t work there. What should I do?

please help, y pay miro but the prototypes functions not be aviable. in the descripticion prototypes was including at the pay. 

The new “sections” functionality whereby you can create sub-folders to organise spaces is a step in the right direction but I’ve found the sections are only visible when you’re in a board itself and not when you’re on the company overview homepage - either in the Spaces or when you click on the Space to see what boards are in it. Is there a way to make them visible without having to be in a board?

Hey all! I cannot for the life of me edit the text format in my Miro table (can’t make it bold, change font, add links, etc.). I’ve tried reloading the page, clearing caches, trying a different browser and nothing works :( I double click on the cell and I can alter the text itself, but nothing with the format. Everywhere online says you can edit the text format and that the box will just pop-up if you double-click, but nothing for me. Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks!

Hello Miro community!  I would like to ask for your advice regarding my Miro account and team. Currently, my main Miro account and the team are created using my university (corporate) email address. This email will be permanently deleted approximately six months after I graduate, as it is managed by the university. At the same time, my team already includes my other personal Miro account (with a private email address). I would like to clarify the following points: If the university email account is deleted, will the boards and the team still be preserved? Will my personal account remain a member or owner of the team, or is there a risk that the team and boards will be lost? If there is a risk, what would you recommend doing in advance to ensure that all boards and the team remain accessible? Hi everyone,I’m a student at SRH Hochschule and I’m part of a university Miro team called “srh 25/26”.I am the owner of the board “Z.S.N.-Futurium”, but the board is locked in View only mode due to the Free plan limit (only 3 most recent boards editable).The problem is that my account seems to be restricted to team-only mode: I don’t have Drafts / My boards I can’t create a personal team (always redirected to upgrade) I can’t move the board out of the team When duplicating, the board is always copied back into the same SRH team This means I currently have no way to edit my own board, even though it’s required for a university project.Is this a known limitation for university-managed teams, and is there any way to: regain edit access, or enable Drafts / personal space, or move/duplicate the board outside the team without upgrading? Any help or clarification would be really appreciated.Thank you!

Hi! I have received an email that asked me to renew my education plan. When i clicked the link inside the email, an error page appeared. Do I just need to start a new application for it or should I reply to the email instead. Thank you!

Hello,While playing around with the Miro API, I noticed some rather strange behavior in the response for the mind map part of the API. The problem is with the color returned.How to reproduce the bug:Change the color of a node that has no shape !!As shown on the screen here, the color returned by the API endpoint https://api.miro.com/v2-experimental/boards/:board_id/mindmap_nodes/:item_id returns the wrong color. After several tests here, I found a way to get around it, but it's not very practical. It involves applying the color of your choice to the node, then applying a shape, and it seems that when you apply a shape to the node, the color update takes place. 

Good evening. Could you please help me?A week ago, I discovered Miro and realized it's perfect for my task (currently, I'm creating a 200-year family tree of relatives in my village for myself). A week ago, I used Miro's AI to take an inserted Excel table and have the AI create sticky notes for each person, which I could then place as needed. It handled this perfectly. Now, for some reason, it's not responding to the same request. What could be the issue? Are there any prompts or tips for building a family tree using Miro?   Thank you! Vadim

I’ve built a Miro app and have a “Development” version that’s connected locally to the localhost 2000 port. I’ve installed this app in my Miro account but when I try looking for it in a board, the “Development” one doesn’t show up, just the live published one. I’m pretty sure this used to work - not sure what I’m missing. Anyone has any ideas?  

I’d love to access tags and comments from the API. Is that possible. Seems nuts to have to implement an API to duplicate that data into customfields/metadata

I installed the Google Images application but I don’t see it in the tools, media and integrations, I have a free version of Miro.  I tried 1) clearing cache/cookies, 2) using a different browser (or closing/re-opening your current one). Can you heip me?

Hi,Anyone else who finds the Mouse and Trackpad navigation modes confusing. Both modes seem to require that you have both a mouse and a trackpad at the same time for full functionality.How, using a mouse, am I supposed to “Slide with to fingers or pinch to zoom”?How, using a Trackpad, am I supposed to “Scroll vertically with mouse wheel, horizontally with mouse wheel+Shift” or “Zoom using Ctrcl/Cmd + mouse wheel”?BR/Björn

I’m looking for a way to link to a Youtube short, but limit its play time to 1 min. Can I set this up using Miro, or would I need a different setup?

I have several individuals that can no longer share now that we have moved to an Enterprise account.  The user is only able to share to other users with a License.  Do I need to update something on our account?Any guidance is appreciated.

Hello,I have an “Education” account and I have created an app. After numerous attempts and reading discussion forums, I would like confirmation that it is not possible to use an app created in “draft” mode. Thank you in advance for your reply,Alexandre
