Hi, I built a visualization about "Top 5 countries with positive and negative change in road traffic death (rate per 100,000) between 2000 & 2019 based on data from WHO.   I am polishing my skills by creating simple and advance visualizations like this one in short time and without any programming skill using visualization tool.My question is there a way to create like this or more advance visualization in miro.Thanks.

When creating wiring diagrams for UI’s for example, or creating UML sequence diagrams you need to draw a lot of horizontal and vertical lines.  It would be really helpful if there could be some visual indication when drawing or extending lines that the are horizontal or vertical - a bit like the indications when you have something aligned with something else.

Hello, We just realised that all of our board content is deleted. When I hit ‘restore’ it says that some items can’t be restored and the board doesn’t change. Please help, this is super urgent for us as we have an upcoming workshop with engineering and already spent hours building this board.Thank you,Miriam 

I’m hosting an ideation session where we’ll break out into multiple rooms, but we’ll all be using the same Miro board.I’ve created the four voting sessions in advance, but my question is, will each breakout room be able to vote simultaneously on their separate boards? Or will we have to wait until the first voting session is over? 

Last Fall, I taught a class in the Design MBA program at the California College of the Arts (CCA) and Miro allowed me to set up a virtual classroom at no cost. Yay Miro! I am teaching again this Fall and want to duplicate a lot of the content from last Fall into new boards. I have a few questions.1)  I saw a warning flash that I was reaching my board limit. I looked at the details of my account and it tells me how many users I can have (and I'm totally fine on that number), but not the # of boards. I want to avoid putting a lot of work into creating the new classroom boards and then hit a wall where I can't create any more.2) Last year, all of my students (who LOVED Miro as well) created boards which I now cannot delete or archive. If I am going to hit a limit on the number of boards in my "classroom", I'd like to remove the boards that are no longer in use (all of the students have graduated).Your help is greatly appreciated! 

It seems that embedding a miro board that has been set to “anyone with a link can edit” will not load when embedded via iFrame on mobile Safari. It works on desktop and chrome mobile, but not Safari. Is this a bug?

I am totally new to Figma. Excited about the prospect of creating new stuff. Have a question that might sound dumb to the pros.  if I want to show a keypad during design of a mobile app, there must be a alphanumeric keypad somewhere (I am trying to replicate how it looks on the phone when I need to type into fields).....please tell me how to find it. Hey..I have two questions we are use Miro whiteboard API. And works well. Now we need to change our company logo to whiteboard. But there is already a micro logo. How to switch ? and also,we need to hide some icons like settings. how to do that..?

Hey Folks. i have a board. In a board i have 10 frames. Each frame has very specific list of objects(30-35).now i want to select specific frame and specific objects only so that i can copy and paste. please dont tell me to duplicate. because i end up spending time in deleting unnecessary objects which i dont want. i also dont want to select objects using multiple mouse clicks. how do i do it ? why mouse drag is not working here ? Mural does allows selecting areas and its object by simply mouse and drag and then copy and paste.  what am i missing here ? 

Hi there, Has anyone experienced any issues with losing content within a frame and know how to get it back. Sadly even checking the activity status and undo button doesn’t show any of the changes made and all the content doesn’t seem to exist :(

Hi,I’m new to Miro and just started working on my first boards.It was working great yesterday but today the boards are very slow to load and are doing some very strange. things.  On the app, the boards open but I can’t navigate or edit, sometimes I get a completely black board.On the Web, it keeps telling me that it’s “reconnecting” or “reconnected”, but I can’t edit or move aroundI duplicated the board and was able to editing on the new one for less than an hour. I cut some of the widgets from the original board but still having the same problem. Please advise!    

Hello Miro Enthusiasts ;)While working on the board today, a lot of weird things happened and it drive me nuts. Link to templates. What I was doing : Create a board using a custom template. This board is heavily link to frame and objects. I have use the same template in the past and whatever I experience today, has never happened before.  So what happen? All the links in this board pointed to the template board  .  Ok, what do I do then? Diligently update one of the link to the location on the board. Then something weird happen, and this baffled me! I noticed, the rest of the links are no longer showing the yellow miro logo (which pointed to the template). It shows the link arrow, and it pointed to where it suppose to go. Good for me yeah, but really - what on earth is happening?  Can someone please explain this to me? I am teaching Miro to a bunch of new users, how do I explain this mystery to them..  I can’t color my frame What I was doing? Create a new frame and wanting to color

Hey Guys,This is my question      If the user-1 changes the slider on the board, the user-2 slider does not change. Why?I am sharing my screen shot here so that you can easily understandIs there any solution? 

we need to default the view to fit to screen - right now each user has a different view of the board and some are too zoomed in or zoomed outFit to screen is defaulting below 10% - this means any text is too small to be viewed without significant adjustment. Is there a way to make the whiteboard canvas smaller so that we can default to a more natural zoom?

My guest can not login to Miro using his ID and passward from his PC.But, he can login to Miro from his smartphone.We would like to know how to solve this problem. For your information, I could login to Miro using his ID and passward from my PC. 

I use Miro almost every day for work and today I opened it and it’s in dark mode. I did not set this. I do have dark mode for my Windows 10 OS, and I know some apps will mirror your OS, but I tried changing Windows to light mode, but Miro didn’t change. The downside is dark mode in Miro is terrible. I can’t see any of the menu options and when I go to type in a text box, the text turns into this translucent outline of sorts, making it very hard to see what I’m typing. It will go back to the color it’s supposed to be after I’m done typing and out of editing. But someone please help. Miro is awful in dark mode!  

My account is paused… I am trying to reactivate my account by my VISA card and there is enough amount of money… But still , It is paused and failed??? HeLP ANYONE

Im embedding videos (via vimeo) and sharing my board (share screen) via Zoom, Teams, Google meets etc. Audio plays back fine locally but recipients dont hear the media. They can hear me but not the sound on the video clips. Is this a setting or permission that needs updating?Anyone else encounter this (was working fine for me until the last week or so). Thanks

Hey everyone !          We are used Miro API (Paid account) in Our Laravel site.My question is :                 How to change my user’s name on cursor name who access my board. I have shared my screenshots here for the content of explaining.Here you can see the cursor name on my board (Guest Creator, Guest Architect).Guest Creator How to change the name to Ram?Here any option is there to possible to implement it ?My user is not logged in to the Miro login, they are logged in to my site, and the session retrieves these user details. How to set the session username to this cursor name  )

Hello community, I'm using MIRO extensively during the past year and never had this issue. One particular board is now uneditable for me. It would not zoom in and out and I cannot select elements on it. The board has appr. 40 members. All of them can access is and work with it, but I cannot. All my other MIRO boards (tried at least 20) are working. I applied all advices: restarted, cleaned browsing history and cookies, used different browsers, uploaded older versions, uploaded back ups - nothing worked. My zoom in/zoom out functionality on this board is not working. And then it goes black. Any other ideas? Oh, and yes, I am a paid user.Many thanks, Boryana 

When connection is lagging, one copy&paste action produces many (tens) of copies scattered around the board. Usually bottom right.Anyone else?

I created a few projects for the last 3 years using my private email, but the owner of the board is another person. How can I move all my projects  to my student account? 

Hello!  I see between 20 and 30 students each week. On the AWW app, I had a board for each student and each student had a log-in to AWW. (They did not have to pay to be members.) Once I added them to a board, they had access to that board.  I don’t see how to create this on Miro for free. If I become a Consultant, will I be able to invite each student once. I don’t want to have to send a new invite at the time of every session. I would also hope that they can log in at any time, not just when we are working, to review our work.  SECOND QUESTION - do the up graded boards have pages or are they infinite planes? I liked the pages because the students could easily find me on the boards. Please advise...and if any of you tutor AP  Physics C - I would like to hire you!  THank you!
