Web page capture Tool Not Working

Is anyone having this problem?

 

Also the copy adn paste issue has now morphed to Post It Notes tool away from just boards.

@Irene Pollak - It's unclear to me what you are intending to show us with your screenshot.

Are you referring to the Web page capture tool and if so, which web page are you trying to capture? Assuming you are pasting a screenshot of the result, can you include a screenshot of the source?

Hi! the issue im encountering is that when a web page has an initial pop up for signing up in a newsletter, it darkens the web capture and only the pop up is in 100% opacity and full color. Might you have any recos for a fix? Thanks
