Hello I’m not sure how to catagorise/define this one and I’ve seen some posts on shape outlines and a function that was previously available that’s dearly missed by many users with hopes of this being brought back, but I’m not entirely sure this is the same thing.I’ve created a flow chart and I’ve chosen to use rectangular shapes with text inside them, but whenever I place the next shape ‘directly’ below another shape, it doesn’t remain as a shape and it also loses it’s outline colour.Bizarrely, if I place it below and to one side it does remain the same, but ‘not’ when placed directly underneath ‘unless’ I leave an unnecessarily large gap, which I don't really want to do as the flow chart ends up being far bigger than I desire it to be.Does anyone know why this is happening and if it’s possible for me to align these shapes without compromising how they end up appearing?I’ve included some images to show what I mean here.One shows that there’s no issues when the shape is off to the righ

I created a large process flow diagram and want to duplicate and edit the duplicate - rather than start over from blank for a very similar process. But the board I ant to duplicate does not provide the menu choice to DUPLICATE it like my other boards do….  I know strange isn’t it! What am I doing wrong?  How do I duplicate the board…? 

I have a Consultant subscription and set up separate “Accounts” within that for each of my clients. Smart Meetings appeared in my package last week, having signed-up for the Beta. The meetings menu shows up in all my accounts and I can create new meetings on all my boards. However, when I created a new Account space for another client, the Smart Meetings functionality is not active on new boards that I create in that workspace. Clicking on “meetings” brings up the “subscribe to the beta” message. How can I get Smart Meetings working in new boards in new account spaces? Ian

Hi, our online school is actively using the miro service. For our students, we want to create templates on the boards and let them copy it to themselves. Right now we are planning an event for 2000 people and we need to let them copy our template board to their miro account so they can input their information. Can you tell me how we can do that? Maybe there is a way to create your own template and have them copy it to themselves, like a kanban for example. Are there any tariffs?

Сегодня что-то случилось с моими возможностями работы. Например, еще вчера я могла дать ссылку с правом Edit на 1 из 2 моих досок, сегодня у меня такая возможность закрыта словом betta и меня кидает на тарифный план, где Free - до 3х досок с возможностью Edit. Но я не использовала эти 3, у меня всего 2…. Вообще не понимаю, что случилось за ночь… я начинаю паниковать, где еще произошли изменения и закрытие для меня тех возможностей, которыми еще вчера я пользовалась?

Are apple apps, Pages and keynote supported in MIRO?

When I copy and paste and a group of objects in my browser they remain a group. When I do this in the desktop app (Mac/M1) the objects are automatically ungrouped. I never remember this happening before, even on the app.Is there any way to control this behaviour? I would like grouped objects to remain as a group when copied all of the time.

Hello, I am trying to export post it notes as CSV. I read this is an option in miro. However, when I select notes in miro and right-click I only see the ‘normal’ copy. How can I enable the CSV feature? Many thanks

When I copy/paste grouped elements, they ungroup. It’s only happening on some boards. Is there any way to solve this?

I’ve downloaed the Miro app and when I use it for over 15 minutes my computer crashes. Due to“Video scheduler error”.Now, I updated all my drivers, checked for viruses etc it’s clean. However the problem persists. I tired going into the ‘graphics settings’ changing Miro to open with my ‘graphics card’ rather than the integrated graphics setting. No joy.  The final solution, Run with ‘administrator’ for Miro- It seems to be stable but I am unable to drop any files into the window. The functionality has reduced.  Laptop = L502x Graphics card- Nvdia Geforce 540 M , Windows - 10 64 bit Home edition.  It’s a old one but the point was to do work to get work to get a new one ! Any solutions /ideas ? 

Hello Miro Friends ! I tested it today with a friend who I invited as a guest editor to my Miro board and asked her to copy and paste the content but she can’t. I updated the permission settings to allow team members and users outside the team to copy content a few days ago. Why is this happening ? Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks ! Vicky   

Hi Folks I spent some time putting together an organizational chart / stakeholder map. I now want to copy the entire board out of Miro and include in my PowerPoint presentation.Is this possible? I have the free version if that is useful.Thanks 

So I’m working on a miro board at the moment and I specifically want to center a grouped object to align center wise to another object I select on the board but I want the object I selected first to be the anchor object that I want the last object selected to be aligned to center wise. In visio this is extremely easy to do as Visio will center the last object selected with the other object that was selected first.  So you dictate the anchor object this way without a second thought.In Miro, it keeps moving the object I selected first to be centered with the larger grouped object which I don’t want as it mis-aligns to what I am trying to do. I tried locking the smaller first object I selected, but when you do that you cannot shift-left click to add another object to the selection.Any way to do this in Miro?

I am creating templates that use frames.The frames are in the correct order (in the frames sidebar) when i save the template.When i use the template on a blank board the frames in the sidebar are in a different order.If i edit the template - the frames view doesn’t appear for me to re-order. I have found that if I import the template re-order the frames to be correct again and copy all - then edit the template delete all and paste the re-ordered frames back in. Sometimes (but not always) they will eventually be imported in the correct order but it seems to be random everytime. If they finally work… I dont touch them!But it’s incredibly frustrating.

Today I opened an existing board, and all the arrows got really small:Arrow size. Note the “m” letter inside the box.When adding new arrows or text in the lines, they also are really small, and I cannot resize the text in a line (clicking on the up arrow just closes the dialog).Text in a line - cannot resizeThis happens both in the Windows desktop application and in the web application. I usually use Chrome, so I tried opening the board in a new browser (Mozilla) but the issue is the same.Does anybody else have the same problem? 

Hi - is there a limit to how often you can transfer a seat between named users? Or is it unlimited? Currently on a business plan.Thank you :)

does miro have any plans or ways to work around servers being located outside the US?We currently are unable to use Miro with our VPN or in our office due to our security protocols  because it is located outside of the US.  Is there any plan to utilize servers within the US?  Otherwise, we’ll need to use a different software. Thanks,Eugene
